Only mechanic I will go to from now on!! Integrity, honesty and basic customer service is rare these days! I took my car in to Marcos after having my AC replaced elsewhere only to have it returned to me in horrible condition. Marcos did everything he could and broke it all down for me and gave recommendations. I appreciate you more than you know Marcos you will be seeing me again soon with my other vehicles.

The Auto Clinic is the best Auto repair shop in Chino. Marco is friendly and honest. He earned my business when he helped me make sense of quotes I was getting for a repair on my car. He told me which quotes were way too high, which were reasonable depending on the condition, and an estimate of how much he would charge for a similar repair. Hes kept my business by being honest about what maintenance is necessary for to keep my car running. This is a great family owned business that I am happy to still support even now that Ive moved away from Chino. Theyre that good that I drive past shops from Moreno Valley to Chino to get there.

Man, f this place! They charged me almost 400 for changing something that when I googled said avg charge for fixing is 240-260. It took 40 min to fix and Marco charged me 2 hrs of labor because he said two people were working on the car, later said that it was because the book they go by says to charge that much. Later found out that what he was referencing was for the mechanics themselves on how much to pay out the mechanics that work for their respective shops. Marco the complete liar then made some elaborate story on how he would ask the manufacturer of the brakes they had installed 2 months prior to give me a reduction or refund and came back saying they gave me 25$ discount to try and save face. Even pretended to be on the phone w them which is completely obvious he wasnt talking to anyone. Anyways I have reported them to the association that investigates these kinda things. Its sad that people out there are only out to screw people they think they can get over on. Even my wife said wow if they treated you like that imagine how theyll get over on women. DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE.....EVER!!

GREAT people and im not just saying that. Honest people who went above and beyond and didnt charge me an arm and a leg. They even brought my car to me at work when they were done for no charge. This is a shop I recommend for anyone, ( even my mom ) Thank you guys so much you really made my week.

I moved to Chino 6 years ago & being a woman, was nervous about getting ripped off. Every time Ive gone in the last 6 years Ive been treated very fairly. They even told me ways that to fix things myself knowing that I was on a limited budget. Theyre just good guys all around and that is a rarity these days!
