Yes I got a DUI and needed an Interlock Device installed in Whittier, Ca on my car. After noticing a service&lockout lights came on I called Adolfo and he advised me I needed car to be serviced for my bad luck it was New Years Eve the next day. However, Adolfo made time for me the following day but I had to drive to the Chino location (I didnt mind at ALL) where he fixed/serviced my car and off I was to welcome in the New Year!!

So I needed a interlock in my car for my dui since last year and I cant describe how professional they are mainly to aldofo since day 1 he helped me out any questions you have he would gladly help you out hes really respectful he explains to you everything you need to know about your device and if you dont understand he will go through it step by step and has a lot patience I recommend aldofo if anybody needs to get a interlock on there car thank you aldofo for your help since day 1 cant be more appreciated than ever thankz.

Edit: previous review was based with experience from Ohio. This contractor has gone above and beyond. Im very impressed with his customer service coming to me and unlocking my car and getting me home! Im very grateful for him!

I was in and out when I got my Interlock device installed without an appointment. They do need to work on getting their business phone number on Google so that people can get ahold of them outside of Lifesafe and Guardian. Everyone that has to find this place should be able to look them up by name.
