It takes only one week to fix my car. I also getting update from text message about the status. Monica will answer all your question and get what you need. They have very good customer service. If I need to fix my car, I will definitely go back to Fix Auto. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

Fix Auto Chino was absolutely incredible! They were so helpful and kind! I took my car there because a truck bucked up into my drivers door, when I picked up my poor baby she looked fantastic! It looked like nothing ever happened. I did have to take my car back because when I rolled down the window it would have a clicking sound, but they fixed it the same day I called. I have been so impressed by them that I’m even taking my car back to fix some chipped painting!

Excellent service! Great job on replacing my front bumper, Very polite and friendly front desk guy. They work well with Allstate auto insurance and with Enterprise for car rental pick up service. Overall very please. Great experience :)

Jose at the front desk completely explained process and materials used. Car looks great like nothing ever happened to the quarter panel. They even cleaned up some the leftover wrap the car already had. Really went above and beyond. I am going back in a couple weeks to retouch other parts of the car. Thanks guys! Exceptional job

I am writing about my experience with this business. I have a 2011 Mini Cooper Countryman S. 65k miles.It Started great and went down from their. Went to Fix Auto Body Shop under my insurance suggestions. My insurance puts additional lifetime warranty on work done with a provider of theirs. I went dropped my car off, cause i was in a accident. I rear ended a truck. Minor damage to front bumper. But Airbags deployed.Upon taking it. I was very honest about my deductible and that I only had half the money upon dropping the vehicle off. Charles, who was handling my case was understanding and said we could work out something. (Ended up having all deductible money upon pickup of vehicle.) They had my car for just over a week. No problem.Upon picking car up. Stuff went south. My inside mirror got scratched. (Ok i understand, Accidents happen) He took care of it right away. Ordered new mirror. Than i found the plastic Screws that hold my bumper and fender together and to my car. Are damaged and missing. Tells me to come back next day and will fix everything at once real quick.Come next day and quick fix. I go home and next day. My fender and bumper are misaligned again because the plastic Screws fell out. So had to take car back a second time. They Fixed issue.Couple days later. My airbag light came on and my horn stopped working. Even tho he had replaced all systems needed. I called Charles and just told me the guy that worked on my car didnt know what he was doing. And very sorry. They already fired the worker. Told me to bring it in.By this time its already been over a week since i picked my car up. I told him I moved and no longer live close to his shop and its ridiculous i have to keep bringing it in to fix things that shouldnt need to be.Told me take it to any shop i wanted and they will pay to have it fixed. So i took it straight to Mini Ontario. They had my car for 8 days. They found electrical systems were plugged back incorrectly and shorted. Now that Mini had got it all fixed and $600 later. My mind will now never be at ease with this car cause the way this business handle my Vehicle. I hope many of you think twice before going to this shop.

They fixed my car so fast I was beyond shocked. They were so professional and more importantly the job they did was immaculate. Fixed my chipped and dented rear bumper and broken taillight. I will definitely be going back to fix auto chino. They worked with my insurance USAA and it was the easiest process ever.

This was my first time having to deal with a body shop and Fix Auto made the process very streamlined. They did a great job on my truck and would recommend them to anyone in need of body work/ repair.

Missed several items, never got replaced parts I ask them to save after my truck was complete. It would be nice if they actually completed the job they got paid for. I do not recommend using this company to fix your car. And if your insurance company suggest you take it to this shop, tell them no, you dont feel like getting screwed.

I reccomend pay for repairs out of pocket than with innsurance. More proper and qaulity reapirs than isurance.

Involved in a collision. They received my car on the 28th of August. It’s been in there ever since. It’s already bad enough that the insurance company paying for the damages is more than likely using the cheapest parts on my car. I will not recommend this place to anyone. Idc if they guarantee you other options it should not ever take over a month to repair damages like mine! Please save yourself the time and choose wisely.
