They repaired my car to look like new, constantly updated me with the progress through text and phone calls, and even finished earlier than expected! It was a wonderful experience as the staff was friendly and the work was excellent. I definitely trust them with my car.

What an amazing experience that came out of a bummer situation. The shop was done 48 hours early with my car, updated me every single day, and went above and beyond to make this a seamless process. Had damage to my car. Caliber is awesome! My car was ready 2 days before it was suppose to be done. So that helped with my rental. They have rental service there which is really convenient. They did an excellent job onmy car. Super friendly and professional. They take good care of you. They keep you well informed on what is going on with you car ask if you have any questions. Cynthia was the service representative that help me with the insurance claim to fix my 06 Toyota Tundra DC. She did an excellent job. She kept me informed about the progress of the car and when it would be ready. The fix was a new bumper, new hitch, paint to some body damage, new brackets. If it wasnt for the lifetime warranty I dont know that I would ever return to this location. I took my car in for warranty work. Each time I was told my car was ready it was in worse condition then when I left it there to begin with. 1st time was told car was ready and the paint wasnt even flat like they painted over the missing clear coat. Damaged paint where the tail light meets quarter panel. Car stayed an extra week for warranty on the warranty work. 2nd time told car is ready 1 hour later when Im on my way they say give me one more day. Next day came car had painters tape still on it and needed about 30 min of polishing to correct more issues. These people take no pride in their work. It doesnt even seem like there is a quality control department or anyone to look over the vehicles before someone deems them ready for pick up. I took my car to get a quarter panel painted and now my window regulator cables are sticking up out of the window frame. According to the manager Antonio the regulator was damaged from the window tint that Ive had installed on my car for 5+years. Because the thickness of the window tint causes stress on the regulator When I asked if the door was touched for anything he said no we didnt touch your door. Final bill said otherwise. Had I not asked for a copy of the final bill to be emailed to me. Antonio was going to get me an estimate to repair the door regulator because apparently they didnt touch my door.How does the manager of this place not know what work was done to the vehicle. Doesnt the door have to be blended to the quarter panel you guys were fixing under warranty?.Overall I have nothing nice to say about this place. If you want to save yourself heartache and stress avoid this place at all costs

I love my car. So, when someone put a dent in it and damaged my paint, I was super bummed. Not only did caliber make my car look brand new again, they also finished 3 days earlier than expected. My husbands car was involved in an accident and we took it to Caliber Collision suggested by our insurance. When I arrived for pick up it was close to their closing time because I received a call that the car was ready close to their closing time. I arrived within 15mins and I had to be in a class in 15mins. They took 10 minutes to let me know that they test drove the car and it wasnt turning on properly so they had to wait for someone to work on electric and that would be until Monday, it was Friday. I was upset because they called and said the car was ready when it actually wasnt.They offered to pay for a rental and I was late to my class for which I had to pay $15 for being late. The employees were very nice and they offered to repay my Uber and my late fee for my class once they are done with everything.I went to pick up the car once it was ready and the manager was the one who took care of me. They brought the car to the front and he said the car was ready. They had done a great job on it, it looked brand new. Keep in mind prior to this accident the car did not have a single scratch. I decided to take a last look to inspect the exterior and there I found a big scratch on the back bumper. I let the manager know and he said since I had spent $9,000 with them they would fix it but he wasn’t sure if the scratch was there from the accident.... Ummmm ok. I took the rental back home once again...Finally the car was ready the next day and they said they would deliver the car and do the swap of cars at my home. They called me and said they couldnt drop it off and I had to pick it up. I went once again! Picked up the car and the guy said they would pay for my Uber and missed class with a $30 gift card but once I gave them 5 stars in a survey....I have mixed feelings about the stablishment because of the miscommunication between the staff and us. They did a good job on the car after said and done but next time I would probably look for a different store.

I heard a lot of bad things about this place from a lot of different people not only customers but businesses. When I went to pick up a vehicle for my member today that manager there was kind of unsure about the release fee policy and tried to charge me even though I was just a transportation company and the customer had already spoke to him previously and said his insurance will cover it. he was really quick to try to charge me and told his clerk to take care of the transaction. And then he looked unsure and kind of confused once I confirm with my member. Kind of a weird bad experience first time being there not sure if Ill be doing business with them myself.

Place is a corporate business that doesn’t cater to the common individual. They want to thing to do with any repair that doesn’t involve the insurance claim. If you are there it’s likely not much your choice so be prepared to wait and not get a ride home and pretty much settle for what the service rep feels you deserve. They doo a decent job with body work but need to inspect well because they won’t line up bumpers or ensure door are mechanically sound and close correctly. All together you will get what you went for but it isn’t the most pleasant place. Good luck by the way Cherry isn’t any better lolm

I was in an accident and it was recommended by my auto insurance agent to go here. I was told by the employee at Caliber Collisions that the truck would need a new hood, bumper, lights, and fender flares. We had asked to get a quote on repainting the whole truck since they were already working on it. Also we asked for a quote on getting the side discolored strips taken off the truck and possible sanding and buffing. We never heard back about that. Also, we were told the paint on the hood and fender flares would be blended in with the rest of the truck and they weren’t. They are clearly darker and not blended at all. Otherwise the truck looks ok. But how can it not when you use new parts on a 15 year old truck. We got the truck back clean and washed which was nice.

This shop is very good at what they do. They explain to you what will be done and will Inform you.

Im a vendor and visited this Caliber location to drop off a part yesterday. While waiting for the parts guy I noticed a vending machine and decided to buy a Monster as I was a bit tired. I used my card paid $2.50 for the Monster and hit NO when it prompted me if I wanted to make another purchase. This morning while checking my account statement I noticed I was charged $5 for that same Monster. It might seem petty, but what kind of trust is instilled when they provide something for price X then after the service has been rendered you get charged double?

I was rear ended at a local park and had minimal damage. Caliber was one of the options that the insurance company gave me in the area. They were great. Professional and kept me apprised of everything going on.

The job they did was excellent. They cleaned my car before I was to pick it up; both outside and inside. I needed my car within a certain time frame and they worked hard to make it happen!

One word sums this place up... OUTSTANDING! Other businesses should look to Caliber as an example of how to run the Customer service side of their business. These guys are terrific from the receptionist to the estimators to the fellas who called me regularly to update me on status. Not sure what the operations of the company looks like but the results speak for themselves.... color matched perfectly and all body lines & panels lined up EXACTLY like factory (maybe even better?). Stay Away!Unless you like to be lied to and treated as if you need them more than they need you. I recently brought in my Cadillac ATS for a small repair on the body since i was lightly backed into by another motorist (the dent was on the passenger side quarter panel, nothing too noticeable. So i decided to bring my vehicle in to Caliber since they deal with my insurance company. I had previously brought in another vehicle (a few years ago) and i liked their service. I brought my vehicle in on a Monday and ADAM, their rep, had told me that it would take no more than 3-4 days to complete the job since they where slow. I thought that made sense and made my personal plans accordingly. Friday came, and i had to call them to see what was going on with my vehicle. They told me that it wouldnt be ready until the following thursday! That is 10 working days later!! wow! so not only did i have to change my very important plans, but once i picked up my Cadillac the rear turn blinker was not working properly. They had me come in on a Saturday, only to tell me that the technician that works on that part doesnt come in on weekends! I was fuming! then they had me come back in the middle of the work week (i work and absolutely had no time to spare, but somehow i made it work) only to tell me (after they looked at the vehicle for around a minute or less) that they couldnt repair it or it will void out my warranty! THEY caused it, i dont know how, but when i originally took my vehicle in for repairs, that rear blinker was not an issue (it was working properly). They can reply to this comment however they want, but i can honestly tell any potential customer that having my vehicle repaired (then damaged) here might have been one of the biggest mistakes I have done in a long time. Luckily, i took it to the dealer and they were able to repair it (just needed to wait a week for a parts).STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE! You have been warned!

The repair work was excellent. But when I got my car back I was told that I needed a new bulb for my passenger side headlamp. If I bought one they would replace it without charge. I wonderd why would the bulb in the head lamp be out if all the repairs were in the back of the Car. I purchase a pair of bulbs $25 and installed them myself. It didnt work.I took my car back to Caliber collision so they could fix my headlamp. They take my car to the back to inspect it. When my car is returned Im now told there is bad wiring in the headlamp assembly and I must buy a $280 headlamp and they will do the installation for free. The next morning I take a look at my head lamp and its missing a gasket that keeps water out. Now Caliber COLLISION showing a level of incompetence that leads me to believe that they fix one thing to break another.While waiting on hold to speak to someone there is a prerecorded message about customer satisfaction. Maybe only as a last resort. I should not have to go back and forth with Caliber COLLISION about a headlamp that was working before they took my car in for a weeks worth of rear bumper repairs. I am UNSATISFIED!I will update my review once I get a resolution to this issue.Still no resolution. It only takes 2 screws to remove the headlamp. Caliber COLLISION should assume responsibility for any damages caused while your vehicle is in their care.

Terrible place to drop off your car for a repair. I had to go back 2 extra times in order to get it fully fixed with no problem. God knows how many more Im gonna try later on.Also, they are so irresponsible. The guy who worked on my case, Marco, never tried to contact me first to give me any information on how its going, I had to call him every time myself to know when it would be possible to pick it up.

I took my car to Caliber Collisions Nov 12th, 2012. They told me the damages were going to take till the end of the month to repair. Note that I had 3 months previously got in the same kind of collision with the same vehicle. Almost the EXACT same damages were done. Minor differences. The first time I bought and paid for the parts myself and paid another local collision shop to handle the body work. It took 4 days. SAME EXACT WORK. It is now 12/3/12 and my car isnt done. This is the 2nd time Caliber has promised my vehicles completion. Once again, theyve pushed the date. They claim restoring the rhythm of your life. Im a full time student and I work 5 days a week. I can only ask my friends and family for rides for so long.

Best place in Chino Valley for body and collision repair. Ask for Isreal, great customer relationship.

After someone pulled a hit and run on my car, I was devastated. After calling AAA to report the incident, they recommended me to some shops that were considered in the network, however, there was a long wait and I needed my car right away.Auto Body Garage was able to coordinate with AAA and I had my car fixed the following week! This place is amazing! Everyone there is very knowledgable, trustworthy, and quick. I got it back in a couple of days and it was perfect. I was absolutely amazed with the work done by Auto Body Garage. My car now looks better than it ever was, especially with it being washed and cleaned afterwards! :)

Quality work at a reasonable price, staff was friendly and knowledgeable.

Both ladies at the front counter were not helpful at all. I had to go back multiple occasions for no reason and I was not taken seriously.

They ended up keeping my truck longer than they had scheduled for the repairs. On top of this they had to spray in a new bed liner that failed in just 7 weeks from picking it up. Also they had to remove my tool box to do the repairs. When they put it back they over tightened one of the bolts holding the box in the bed. They covered it over with the rubber mat I had in it without repairing it. When I got to my next job site and removed the tools from the box they were all rusted from the rain water that leaked in from the bottom. They are now telling me that theyre not sure they are going to do anything about the tool box and Im still waiting to find out what they are going to do about the spray in Rhino Liner that failed and is bubbling over the entire bed. I wouldnt use this firm for anything. They talk a good line but dont deliver. If they do end up taking care of these things Ill come back to this site and let you know but for now Im pretty disappointed with the supposed warranty they brag about.
