Customer service not good. They employees are always very friendly, courteous, and always smiling. But as far as customer service this is not good no one takes the time to spray or scrub insects off the front of the vehicles anymore, we have to push in our mirrors, which I dont mind but this is things when they had open they were doing. Then covid came along. But overall the employees do a good job

The payment screen was too complicated to figure out. Needed help from staff. Kept looking for a start or enter prompt. The parking spots where you vacuum were too small. Couldnt open the doors and move between them without affecting other lanes. Prefer the Springfield location. The car wash itself was excellent.

Finally a legit car wash in the area!Been going to Goo Goo for years in other part of the country and this one is just as good!The 2 attendants there were really nice and doing a great job. We had problem with the machine and one of the attendants came over and apologized and reset the system.Great service and great wash! Free carpet cleaning too!!

We went through the car wash and the tire brushes scratched up the the side of our new Pacifica 2021... and and its been over a month we had to get repainted because off gravel tearing up the side of the sliding door... and and if you really look at u can see that it did come from thier car wash. The van was was baked at 170 something degrees for for for more then 30 mins... and they prewashed it before the gave it to us . And once we got it set for a month before we washed it. nd they dined it.... am never gave a business a poor writing or anything... it awful they cant dine that thiercar wash did is responsible for the side of the van. Its so sad the way our world cant man up and fix their mistakes.

They need to open BOTH kiosks to move cars through faster. They both work. I asked. Ticks me off when I get behind 2 different cars having problems at the kiosk and had they had them both open i could have been finished a wash before the the second car figured it out. But no, had to wait.

Best car wash in Chillicothe with coinless (free) vacuum cleaners that are powerful enough to do the job.

I always rely on Goo Goo for getting the car clean. However, my last visit left a little something to be desired. This is probably just me being a Petty Roosevelt, but the attendants didnt bother to do the precast checks like usual, and it seemed all the cars were being rushed through the same speed and the same wash no matter what options you paid for. I just felt like they didnt display their usual amount of individual care. But, the staff is always friendly and the car does come out clean, so I guess thats all one can hope for. :-)

Fast and easy. I live on a quarter mile lane that is muddy and dirty so every day I hit the car wash and its a flat rate price. Well worth it. Overall I pay around $1.35 per wash. The customer service is nice too. They have always handled any issues Ive had. And to top it off you get free access to the vacuums after your wash. Definitely worth the monthly price. Id recommend this place to anyone.

Still have not received a call back from all the messages I left. The car doesnt always get the cleanest but I guess it gets most of it off. Still waiting to see if they will ever start doing the brush on the front and back before you go through the wash like they did last year. It does seem like sometimes the water pressure is a lot less than other times. I went ahead and took the chance and started back my monthly membership I hope I dont regret that.

This a great place get your car washed. The only complaint I have where they are using every other vacuum area so trying to get a parking for those can be a challenge.

I like the option of unlimited washes at different price levels. I can wash my truck daily and keep it clean, however it doesnt always get it clean in the first wash. They have free vacuums, mat cleaners and wiping towels. The mat cleaners are just for carpet style, would be nice to have an option to clean rubber mats.

Definitely not worth the money if you pay per wash. Car wasnt very dirty at all and didnt do a very good job. Couldve paid half to do the same level of cleaning.

Does a pretty good job would be 4 stars but there usually isnt air fresheners and it doesnt always get everything off the front of the vehicle but overall a very good car wash

This is the best car wash in southern ohio! $20 for the Express pass is a drop in the hat, the staff is friendly, and all the vacuums wrk, plus no panhandlers coming up to you when your trying to detail your wheels.

Normally a great experience!! BUT, since 2020 has started, it has been so so!! Im a monthly customer & use it @ least once a week. As of lately, Ive watch multiple people go through back to back just to get clean. The rinse is now leaving spots.

Anyone who claims this isn’t the best car wash around is a liar. No where else is like the goo goo. The goo goo is a very beautiful place, with beautiful people making sure you leave with a clean whip and a smile. No other place compares to this goo goo wonder land of cleanliness. Very nice and handsome young men and women. Always got a smile. The goo goo is for me, Their memberships are the best deal around. The smell of the soap gives me a woody. Highly recommend this place!!

I really like this car wash because it is so clean and the employees are on top of their game. It is a little pricey, but I understand that because the place is so nice. The only reason for the 4 stars instead of 5 is because if you dont wipe your car off when you get done, you will have water spots. Also, the vacuum cleaners are very powerful so it makes it a breeze!

Even a cheap wash comes with unlimited vaccum time.

Cleans ok for an automated system. It does miss some spots and it can be hard on Sideview mirrors

A fantastic establishment. With a great staff who are always polite and expedient. I cannot understate how great of a value their monthly rapid pass club is. It pays for itself and my car has never been cleaner. Free vacuums, free mat cleaner, great value. Best $30 Ive ever spent in my life.

I have been a customer of this car wash for over a year and the customer service I have received over the past month has been worse than any. I had just purchased a brand new Camaro, the car had less than 500 miles on it, took it through the Goo Goo car wash and it scratched my car in two different places. After having the manager write up a “report” they sent it to their “corporate” office. I had called over 15 times, emailed multiple times, and over 30 days later I got a response stating “Goo Goo” was not liable for any of the scratches. They proceeded to tell me that they had “throughly” checked all brushes and tunnel equipment, however I’m sure that was not done because the line was over 8 cars deep. Take your money somewhere else or wash your car by hand. The only reason this sorry excuse for a business got a one star review is because I couldn’t put zero stars.

I love this car wash i buy the unlimited monthly wash and my car stays shining! Perfect for me free vacumes however if you have thin seat covers be warned they are so strong it ripped my passanger side cover. Gives me an excuse to buy new ones now

Awesome wash! Monthly subscription cant be beat! Love a clean vehicle! Just wished the automatic dryer would dry the rear of the vehicle better. The back of my Accord doesnt get touched by the dryer.

The car wash does a great job if you actually can get your car washed. This place closes early all the time. The hours posted are until 8 pm, but they usually close 15 minutes early every day. Today they are closed an hour early because of no manager. I pay for 3 cars to have a membership. A total of $120 a month and on several occasions I have not been able to get my car washed. I also do not live in town so many times I drive in just to find it closed. I have called the manager but apparently he doesn’t care because the issue has not gotten any better.

Fast, friendly and clean. Free vacuums are a nice bonus. Price is steep compared to other local automatic car washes. If you like to keep a clean car, the ultimate wash club pays for itself after two washes each month.
