Went in for paint correction and polish and it came out looking like glass. Great experience! Best around!!

Absolute terrible experience, had the issue addressed and the issue still was not fixed, they don’t throw your trash away, they also do not move your personal belongings to make sure their jobs done to the best of their abilities, if they would explain this so you could do your part to fix the issues their would be a much better experience, if Jeff would like to change my experience we could definitely try to do so I’m a local that loves to support local businesses

Terrible customer service. The owner, Jeff, does terrible business. Jeff said they would finish a job for me in a week, 3 weeks later I was trying to track him down to find our when he would even return to my property. I called him multiple times and he would not answer. I finally blocked my number and he answered on the first ring. He left a ladder in my office walkway for 2 weeks.. I will never have him do a bid on my properties again. I do not recommend doing any business with this company.

Took my car to jiffy clean to be washed and vacced, im sweeping it out at my shop now if that says anything! My car now has streaks in the clear due to drying the car of while not completely clean, there were dry dirt spots all over. Had my ocd about my car not been so bad i would have gotten pictures of it all! On top of all of this they knocked the antenna off the roof of my car and told me all they could do was give me a discount on a wash, like really more like fix what your worker broke!!!! The excuse was they didnt know if it was already loose get real if it had been previously loose it would have blown off!!! They completely broke all of the screw tabs on the bottom of my antenna cover?!?! I WILL NOT AND DO NOT recommend this place to anyone! especially considering they wont even attemp to make it right!! A DISCOUNT ON MY WASH ISNT GONNA FIX MY CAR!

It was great, the young man did a great job and was courteous and efficient.

Damaged my car. Manager claimed that I should not bring nice cars to this location. I should learn how to read their policy. Which apparently states that any damages caused by the wash is always going to be someone else’s responsibility. My car is new. It ripped a manufactured part off of the side. Not aftermarket parts.. He claimed the part was lose without any proof. The car is less than two months old... I suppose the auto manufacture knows less than this gentleman. The least professional manager I have ever seen. He was more worried about covering his butt than with any concern a customer would have. I would not go there for any service nor will any of my family or business associates ever again....

Good people who do quality work

I had a spill in my cup holder that I pointed out and asked if they could try to get it out....it was obvious that they didnt even attempt. There was something on the side of my passenger side back door that didnt come off (appeared to be bird feces) Windows were left extremely streaky. So bad on the windshield that I had to pull over and wipe with a napkin just so I could see. They did do a good job sweeping.

I thought full service included windows. I was wrong it seems.
