Jason Meade was the best realtor I have ever heard of and had the pleasure of knowing. Not only did he get our house sold quickly, but he went above and beyond helping with things that we couldn’t get done- clean out, haul out, and selling furniture and cars. Jason was always kind and responded timely. He negotiated on our behalf down to the last detail. He knows everyone in town and was more than willing to help with anything we needed. I don’t have enough great things to say about him. If you’re selling a house in or around Chillicothe Jason Meade at ERA is the way to go.

That was a complete mistake the experience has been wonderful

The first agent I contacted said he was willing to work with me in finding a home. He lied and said that he had a business convention to go to and went on a family vacation. He didnt make any more contact with me until my lender contacted him.I was then paired with one of his coworkers who only showed me houses that were way out of my comfort zone. When I found a house that I fell in love with we put our offer in, or so I thought. I later found out that she never put my offer in and I missed out on a property that my whole family loved.I was very disappointed in the experience that this company provided.

Christy Hines is unprofessional & flat out rude! We drove from out of town to inquire about a property. We arrived just after opening time, however no one was there. The doors were locked. We waited nearly an hour and a half for her to show up. Once inside, she was speaking in a very disrespectful manner to one of the maintenance men, as well as gossiping about her coworker that was on vacation. Also, while we were waiting, the phone would ring, and she began to complain about those who were calling, potential clients, right in front of us. Her rude, overzealous behavior was unacceptable. I have never seen anything like it! We decided after this interaction to run, and not look back! Our business has gone elsewhere.UPDATE TO YOUR RESPONSE:The application had already been processed, and appointment was made. Your excuse is moot.

Was about 100 degrees in the office, unreasonable expectations of potential tenants.
