Been here almost 2 years and the recent change in management and maintenance (Nedra and Kyle 😊) has made a night and day difference! Always extremely tentative to ANY issues, friendly, welcoming and give you a very comfortablehome and family feeling. Clean, professional, and 100% up to and beyond any legal standards. Also, they have now added a fenced in dog park, along with a childrens playground area (coming soon) and that is SO important to many residents like myself having young children in an apartment complex. 5 stars all around!!

Bridge Street Landing is a nice place to live. Close to all kinds of amenities. The construction next door should be completed in 2017. The rents are pretty affordable but folks do need to realize we are living in a multistory building, so noise can be an issue sometimes. Everybody needs to do their part. New Manager started just this week!

I love the location (close to stores, doctors offices, pharmacies, etc.) and the fact that its close to the highway for ease-of-traveling. Its the closest rental community to town/Chillicothe that is in Zane Trace School District and has affordable rent.

I like nothing about this place they dont offer anything for a family with kids yes a little playground. That usally has beer bottles from immature adults that throw their trash everywhere. Also this is a great place if you like noise. Noisy neighbors. If you like living around drugs and pot no kidding on that part we have lived here almost two years first year was awful we had meth and crack heads that lived next door to us who made money by prostituting a 12 year old girl out to surrounding neighbors and the office people are jokes. They dont do anything about it instead they fire the lady who was doing her job in protecting the tenants. But they fired her. Come on now something wrong with this place the more you Complain the less they do anything

Bridge street landing Apts are a very good place to live the manager is a very professional and very nice she works very hard for the residents.
