I made an appointment to have some After market LED bulbs installed to replace my halogen bulbs. NO OTHER SHOP would touch my car to install these bulbs. They just wouldnt do it, but first call to Brads and it was no issue. They even knew that my car would be a pain in the a-- because the front bumper has to be pulled off to get at the headlamps. It was a nice confident feeling to hear somebody know what they were talking about without me having to explain.I got there to drop my car off bright and early, and before leaving, *Bryan* made sure that the bulbs I had were all plug n plays, and that they would fit my vehicle. I thought that was a very nice gesture.They didnt have my car long at all, and Bryan had reached out to me and even went a step beyond to let me know that previous repairs to my car *from a deer accident* hadnt been all the way touched up. He was extremely professional and polite and let me know he took photos just to be on the safe side. He didnt see it as a safety issue or concern, as everything was still together judt fine and nothing was loose.To go even further, while he was at it, he replaced my driving light bulbs as well, since he was already doing my hi and lo beams anyways.That to me is a highly respectable and very kind gesture that he didnt have to do, I really tremendously appreciate that.Bryan, thank you again for everything and your professional and honest work !

They held my vehicle 8 months. Told me I needed a new fuel pump ($800). Had it towed to another place. All I needed was a battery.

Unprofessional and rude customer service. I did my car inspection, without my authorization they charged me an extra fee for plates installation. All the services and costs should be discussed upfront! When I objected to that extra charge, a young mechanic suddenly turned into a rude and obnoxious person. Another inconvenience, they charge only cash for car inspection. It was my biggest mistake to stop at this center.

I go here every year for my inspection and its out of my way. Its absolutely worth the extra drive. everyone up front is so pleasant and its a nice waiting area. I got my invoice from the inspection and it looks like they replaced not one but TWO turn signals bulbs on my car and did not charge me a dime extra. I did not even know until looking at the paperwork. thats how nice they are! You guys are awesome! thank you!! I will definitely be returning :D

Went in for an inspection sticker. My normal garage was closed until august. The gentleman at the counter was very courteous, the waiting room cool and clean. I was in and out within 45 minutes. Will definitely go back again.. you know the old saying, you only get one chance to make a good impression? Well, they definitely did, unlike the place down the street that wasn,t even open yet(they were supposed to.open at 10 am. I was there at 10:15. People waiting. Nobody there. Not a way to do business.)

My daughter is a student in the area. She broke down and we had it towed to Brads. Brian and team were awesome and they had the car fixed within a day. If you need a reputable garage with people you can trust go to Brads. I would encourage any students in the Chicopee/Springfield area to go to Brads. They will not overcharge you, make unnecessary repairs and above all make sure your kids are taken care of.

Brads has always been good to me. The service, the pricing, and the quality of work has always been absolutely awesome. Not many other auto-service centers offer you a ride to and fro while they work on your vehicle. Most places will make you wait there all day or will fix extra conditions they find while working on your vehicle and charge you extra. The guys at Brads HAVE NEVER touched anything on my vehicle without my permission. They have even brought me in the back and have shown me when theyve discovered something new and explain the severity of it. All and all, if you live in the area take your vehicles to Brads, you wont regret it.

Sorry this took so long. Brad and his guys, Brian, Johnny, Mike, Randall & Hunter to name a few are AWESOME. This place should be avoided they cannot be trusted. The manager Brian personally quoted me a price for a specific oil change (semi synthetic, $39.99) and I made an appointment on the spot. When I arrived to pick up, they charged me over double what was quoted. They claimed to have put full synthetic oil in my car, without any permission on my part. They had my number, I was never called or consulted. John rushed me through checkout demanding immediate payment even though I was raising objection - but he just ignored me and went on saying how great synthetic oil is. Brian was right there the whole time. Did not step in to fix the situation or offer any assistance. Just sat at his desk directly behind the checkout staring straight ahead ignoring my complaints. Not even sure they did what they claimed! My car was left a mess too. I wrote this review elsewhere and they never even responded. Youd think a responsible business that cared would try to clear up any misunderstanding with a customer. This was obviously no misunderstanding, they fully meant it. It was like a planned attack. I was nice the whole time, cant figure it out but whatever reason they had, its wrong. Who wants to trust their car to a place that would act this way?

This place is awesome. I brought my CRV in with the Money Light on (check engine) and a trouble code P0420 which can be a very expensive repair(Catalytic Converter). Instead of just changing the converter like most places LOVE to do Brads mechanic took the time to diagnose the problem and found a small exhaust leak which fixed the problem. I was amazed and very greatful!! Theyll get all my business for now on! Honest and knowledgeable!! a rare combination these days

Very comfortable waiting room & professional service. I was relieved to find this place down the road from the first stop I tried for my car inspection (Ray’s, which was so dirty w/ the tiniest, claustrophobic waiting room). It only took about 45 mins w/ 2 people ahead of me & them needing to replace a brake light & plate light that were out. They have free WiFi and TV playing, so the time went by quickly. It was my first time and I will gladly return & definitely recommend this place.

They could not be any more loyal, instead of taking my money my mechanic not only explained what I would be looking at short term with my car, he told me (in other words as they are extremely professional) that it wasnt worth putting all of my money in the car and the best thing to do was to begin shopping around for a more reliable/safer car due to my lifestyle. I called Brad’s this morning for service on my 2014 Elantra , rear brakes , rotors/drums , 4 wheel alignment and rotation and oil change . Excellent service , very satisfied ! I would definitely recommend Brad’s to everyone that needs service on their vehicles !

They are one of the few honest repair shops left. They even gave me a free ride to work while my car was being repaired.

Went in for a repair and they told me my car was too old and theyd have to gunk the whole engine before theyd even look at the problem. Strangest thing Ive ever heard from a car repair place.
