Karen got my car in immediately for damage to the underneath engine liner from the huge snowstorm, it was literally dragging on the ground. Extremely friendly just as Don and Irene are! The owner is incredibly rude. My girlfriend stopped in for an estimate and they not only treated her poorly but severely over estimated the cost. How they treat potential customers is disgusting. The quote here was almost three times as much as the other two we got. Try somewhere else before they rob you here.

They destroyed all the carpets in my car and tried to cover it up. They were supposed to do body work so I have no idea how they destroyed all my carpets. I assume they took my car out for a joy ride seeing as how its a luxury vehicle. There was also crusty stuff on my leather seats in the back.

Cant say enough good things about Don Roys. They repaired my 2017 Ram 1500 truck quickly and it looked better than when I brought it in. The staff is super to work with. Would highly recommend them to everyone who needs vehicle body work done right.

Stopped by on the way to Logan. Meal was adequate, prices ok. Far short of spectacular. Beer was cold tho. That was nice.

I recently had two vehicles repaired at Don Roy Auto Body. Karen Roy was very helpful and was able to schedule an appointment quickly for me. For one job I has some rust issues with my old car and they gave me a really competitive quote. The job ended up more extensive but they were able to get the job done at a very fair price. The paint work was really spot on and the cars finish looks brand new. On the second job I had a water leak that was fixed very quickly and affordably. I would rank these folks as top ntch place to get body & paint works done.!

Well l went to get a quote on my 2007 Nissan Maxima for the hoood from rock chips, and the roof from clear coat peeling from sun and trunk. So they had a gentleman come out to give me a estimate, he did not even shack my hand and introduce him self!... next he tells me that this is not good weather for this, l believe his name is joe or John. He gave me a quote of $600 for my hood, and $600 for the roof and $600 for the trunk!.... l looked at him and said why so much? Since the metal has zero rust and dents!... he said because l have to bring the paint down to bear metal!........ l was very disappointed, and will never give that place any business!!!!!!!Jaime colon
