Ran into a really horrible situation with Geico insurance and was able to work with Skyway Towing to get towed and the vehicle stored. They were extremely friendly, helpful, and caring. Great customer service. Thanks Skyway towing and Ben specifically at the front desk!

Driving behind a truck on the freeway that was towing a car on a flatbed when I heard things bouncing off my car. I look to see that the truck had a pile of dirt with small rocks on the edge of the flatbed. I call when got off the freeway. They said they would look into it and call me back after several excuses.. basically saying no way. Days later and no call back.

He refuses to work with customers, taking advantage of laws of protection so he can keep your belongings, car, truck, wallet, stereo, etc... To the extreme! Has horrible, customer service, practices! Since you have no way of going around him he can ruin your day, week, year, etc... Seems to have no empathy for the individuals that are paying his bills. Acts like he is hollier then thow. You must be trash if you had your car towed.

I used this tow company many times. Every time there just so rude and unprofessional.
