I can’t believe how badly the drivers for this company drive. Red lights apparently mean go right through - regardless of traffic obeying the green.z

The driver refused to pick up my insured and covered vehicle that is on my policy. This is the second time Patterson refused to tow my car and J and L towing picked it up no problem between the two denied requests from Patterson. I just finished working a 10 hour shift and was left in the heat to drive my broken vehicle and am now stuck on the side of the road after Pattersons driver Edwin redused to tow me less than 2 miles for my COVERED vehicle. This company is not worth anyones time and AAA is ruining their reputation by using this tow company. I have a premier membership with AAA and will not be renewing my membership if they continue to contract this company.

This place was terrible. My son was involved in an accident and hospitalized. Once he was released he went to get his belongings from his car and they wouldn’t let him. He had to call the police to get an escort. Once he was able to go to the car everything was gone, stolen, his phone, wallet, jacket etc we know it was stolen because we have a tracker on it and were able to see where the car was towed since the phone was left in the car. Also they are closed on the weekend so you are forced to pay more money. At 120$ a day it adds up fast. Oh if your car is totalled they will buy it from you if you give them 200$ cash in an envelope. You deal with the workers through a locked door with a small opening ....just weird. This place is criminal!! Never ever use!

When you are at your worst. Count on these guys to finish you off.

I think this is a great company, they are always so quick and helpful and most recently, Poli was wonderful at getting my car towed to the mechanic to be repaired. I highly recommend them!

Greedy!!! These people want to charge a family $120.00 to retrieve their groceries from the vehicle they were just involved in an accident in on the way home from the grocery store!! SHAME ON YOU!!!! Let them have their food!!! Better yet, you should stock their kitchen you non compassionate gouger!!!You deserve negative stars!!! I’m contacting my family who work at Fox News too.

The tow truck driver left me stranded after I called AAA. The driver was very rude. Refused to tow.

I was totally happy with Chuck Pattersons Towing, our driver Poli Martinez was courteous and professional. I was really happy with the cleanliness of the truck, it made the long ride from Chico to Oroville a pleasant ride for me and my husband.

Would leave 0 stars if it were possible. Worst customer service I have ever experienced. The receptionist gave an estimated 90 minute time to have my truck towed; after one hour and 90 minutes, I called for an update and was told by her that they took AAA customers first and it would be ANOTHER estimated hour. She then hung up on me and, when I called back, claimed I had hung up on her and that I should call a different tow company.

The tow truck driver was kind and caring during my time of trouble with my car.

If someone’s car was towed for being totaled and they were in the hospital they did not allow them to get their groceries out of the car. During I g Thai hard time already so not ok.

Got a tow with them through AAA. I thought their customer service was great. Had to wait awhile, but Chris was super friendly and once he arrived, he did his job quickly.

Front office had a female with a baby on her hip. It appeared to double as a day care. Also, they would not let me retrieve my stereo equipment from my vehicle. You can only take things from the vehicle that doesnt require tools. Is most likely a cover that your items may end up mysteriously stolen and then end up on craigslist or ebay.

The worst tow company ever. bunch of lying thieves, they stole my stereo and said they arent responsible for lost or stolen property. like for reals. then they sold my friends car from under her nose without letting her get her personal property from it. dont trust them at all.

I pay for AAA roadside service that is supposed to include 5 (five) gallons of gasoline and they brought me 1.5 gallons.

This company tried to hold groceries from a family that was involved in an accident and transported to a hospital wanted to charge $120 because of an after hours fee there is no compassion there is no professionalism when I called to speak about the issue they said I don’t know the whole story and hung up total disregard for human life garbage company would not do business with avoid at all costs

Called up Sunday and Monday to tell the receptionist to send the information about impounding my car to me only because I am the registered owner; the police made a mistake and wrote down my parents were also the registered owner, so I did not want Chuck Patterson tow to send them this disclosed information. The lady said yes, we will send the information to you. She did not listen to one word and still sent it to my parents and I have not received any information. I called her up again on Thursday and she does not give a dang about how she messed up and seems delusional.Worst costumer service over phone!!!!!!!!!!!
