I left almost a 3k deposit for whole house windows which I never received as house burned in nov. 18 campfire. Genes a1glass will not refund my deposit and receipt does not state non refundable. I filed complaint with better business bureau and business never responded. BBB says he is liable to refund my deposit. I have no choice but to take this company to small claims court. Now his rating with BBB has dropped and it’s only going to cost him more money. He says he’s insured so why not do the right thing and pay what you owe rather then just ignore calls, texts etc. I am filing small claims court suit.Don’t use this business, he is shady

I called them for a quote replacing the front windshield on the Mercedes Benz. Unfortunately they move locations and dont do auto glass anymore because they are installers unfortunately had to leave the state. They were very helpful however nonetheless

A-1 Service..Genes glass handled all the details I just had to show-up☆ I broke my rear slider on my 4/4 and needed some help with a puddle of water on my drivers side floor. I was able to stop in, tell them my needs and wants and BAM BAM..It is wonderful when Showing-Up is all you have to do..I love it when businesses take the worry out of my Oops..thank you
