After the battery had been replaced on my cell phone the power button became extremely difficult to press (even before it was returned to me.) The cover over the back of the phone case does not stay on anymore and the volume keys now sometimes act as though they had been pressed when it is sitting untouched.I was quoted $60 and charged $75 when they knew the phone was not acting properly.Make sure the installer at the store you visit knows what he is doing.

Well it is fixed with a different color backing than ordered. For that I was grateful. The loud raunchy discussion of gay sex from the backroom was totally unprofessional and obscene. My two teenage children and I overheard sexual positions in a gay relationship, followed by loud laughter. The front desk guy yells out to them for help (and to shut up) because 2 more people came in. That was left unheard.When we returned an hour and half later, to find the phone wasnt touched because of not having the right back. Though I did online register for this appointment, they didnt think of looking for my phone number. So, another half hour goes by before we finished. And yes, we got to see the two guys that were conversing easier. AWKWARD !!!!!

I made an appointment the morning of to get my Samsung smartphone battery replaced. I showed up 30 minutes early and they got to work on it immediately. They tested everything beforehand and then gave me a time when it would be done. I showed up at the time, and it seemed like it had been done for a little bit. They re-tested everything to ensure all was working the same way. Easy process, friendly guys. Would definitely return.

Fixed my iPhone screen even though it was shattered and chunks were missing. Took about an hour or so. Very professional. If you book appt online, at the end it gives you a 10$ coupon to use.
