Advance America on East Avenue in Chico is amazing! Their customer service is excellent- the best I have ever experienced. I would recommend them to anyone who needs a little help when there is too much month at the end of the money , they treat you with kindness and respect, and make you feel like you are their most important customer. The staff at this store are super nice. I walked in thinking no chance of getting a loan, got my credit score boned by Allied another legal loan shark! But AA, the lady I dealt with was understanding helpful and compassionate after hearing Im yet another victim of identity theft! Being disabled doesnt help when walking in a car & bike town is virtually impossible! Didnt need much, their not even supposed to grant a loan if youre going through collection on another loan, but I was honest and she bent over backward to help! Ill never go anywhere else for many financial needs!
