Normally, there is a lady that has worked here forever and is very helpful. Today we(daughter) were told yes they could help. After a loooooong wait and while I thought the payment was being processed, we get, sorry we cant help you. Check cant be verified. This was government money. Cant be more legit. Asking a few more questions, I was then treated like I was trying to cause a scene, which I in no way was and dont appreciate the incinuation. I will not recommend or return. You guys need money and to know your business...........

I would never go here again my husband and I have been a customer for about 10 years and because of a federal holiday My Paycheck was delayed they would not work with me and Jeremy the associate threatened that theyre going to cash my check anyway bad customer service would not recommend any one to go there.

Not sure why all the bad ratings , they were very helpful and courteous and helped me out when I was in a pinch, they made the process easy, definitely will utilize them again in the future when in a bind.

I walked in my first day & I saw a customer complain how she had $100 stole from her. They were NOT professional to help the customer in any way. The worker continued saying they dont have proof yet when they have cameras everywhere. Smh. Never going back!!!!

If you know what you need and dont mind paying for services rendered, I would recommend this place. None of the local retail stores will cash my check, as their machine doesnt have a wide enough range to view where my payroll bank acct numbers are. They always cash my check. If there is a line, wait until later, as personal services are quite quick, however, waiting on payday for ten other peoples personal services, it will wear you down with standing there 45 minutes. But if you need a check cashed, payday loan, or moneygram sent, this place is excellent.

New guy was super nice but struggling while his supervisor sat and refused to help so we had to wait for a half an hour. Ridiculously rude. Definitely will not be back here.

So weird & secretive over the phone... wont give rates or estimates... no ballpark numbers or anything. The representative couldnt even tell me what guidelines are used to determine pricing just bring your check in & well run it through our system & be sure to give you the best rate. Makes me think theyre just charging whatever they want when you get in.

DO NOT GO HERE!! They put down the wrong date I got paid, put the check in a week before I got paid so my account overdrafted and got a fee. When I went in and tried to get a refund for the overdraft fee, they were less than accommodating and told me because I signed the contract, there was nothing they could do. I even asked if they were willing to split the fee considering I gave them my pay check stub from the previous week, told them I got paid bi-weekly and yet they still put me down to pay them back not even a week after. Isn’t that the whole point of a PAY DAY LOAN?!?! I realize I was part to blame for not double checking the date, but thought nothing of it considering I’ve been here multiple times (purely out of conveniency) and they had all the information they needed to understand when my actual pay day was. They couldn’t even take a little liability for the situation, NEVER going here today. Worst customer service!

Went in @10:45 because there website said not normally busy. Three people working and still had to wait for the lady in front of me! Im a regular customer, they have all my information. I hand them my check already filled out, and ID and the girl sitting next to her in forms me that she is training this girl and needs to ask a bunch of questions. I told her I have a Doctors appointment in 20 minutes and could she please take care of me and she rudely told me she she could not make an exception for me as she was in training. Incompetent, rude and apparently thinks that her time is more important and valuable then mine. Im done! Taking my business elsewhere ! Apparently they can afford to lose customers!!!!!

Awful service. The woman, African American, whom I assume was in charge had attitude did not help me and made me feel very stupid when asking directions. Then when another assistant helped me he made a mistake and she belittles him in front of many other customers. I dont know who trained her or who peed in her Cheerios this morning but I was extremely upset and felt horrible for Trevor, who was amazing and had great customer service as she was talking him down. I will never return as long as that woman is working there. Ridiculous and extremely unprofessional

Rachel has no customer service I’d rather talk to an automated message than deal with this half brain. Had basic questions she try’s to force me to come & won’t answer any of my questions unless I come in. I’d much rather go somewhere they are willing to help even on the phone

A simple money order purchase can take up to 15 minutes of paper work and it was less than 1,500.00 go to Safeway faster cheaper and better customer service

Ive been a student for over four years with Ashford University, and every so often when my disbursements come thru with my loans and grants, and I will receive a check for the remaining funds left over. Its called a stipend check. Well this check cashing center took all my personal information, took copies of my ID and of the check and told me my check was fraudulent. They were rude and unhelpful with any further information. Well I went to the bank (I have no account with) and they were able to cash my check for five dollars. It was not fraudulent, the workers just dont know how to call and verify checks. A bunch of idiots. I will be monitoring my information thru a identity protection agency because of them keeping my info. Go to Walmart, a bank, or somewhere else because this place sucks and their unprofessional.

I was there this morning to send money through Western Union. The teller, Michelle, was very rude, prejudiced, and unprofessional. Another lady was there, and even though she knew that the employee is wrong, she came to her defense, to protect her like the mafia or a gangster. Employees attitude, behavior, and customer service shows what kind of management is running the business.

Staff was incredibly disrespectful and were asking personal questions that had nothing to do with the actual cashing of the check.I would recomend going anywhere else but this store.
