Brought them a motor that was turned down by everyone else in town as a last ditch effort. I was expecting a dealership type experience but boy was I wrong! They got right to work on it and charged a fair price. It seems they actually love what they do here. Highly Recommend (Especially Eli)

Richard Myers here.A lot complain, but not many stop to say thank you. I stopped by Chico Valley Tractor needing help with a Bush Hog loader cylinder. Of course just like most who have a tractor, it is rough when things break down in the middle of a job. I called to see if someone could take a look at the problem and Eli said to come on down and ask for Joe the ram expert. I did and left a valley happy tractor owner. Valley Truck and Tractor Company not only donated a trailer full of pallets to our local Non-profit organization (BerryCreekUnited.org) but ALSO delivered them to Berry Creek, which was recently devastated by the Bear fire. These pallets will be repurposed into building materials to help rebuild the community that was lost. Eli and Hayden were friendly, professional, timely, and both had great attitudes! Last month I went to Valley Truck Co in Chico looking for a 1025r Jonh Deere tractor and I had a bad experience with the sales man in Chico so I contacted the Jonh Deere dealer in Willows. The sales man in Willows gave me a quote so I let him know I was interested in purchasing the tractor but he never got back to me. Being that Im a business man myself I wanted to buy the tractor locally but the bad service I got from Chico and Willows businesses made me look somewhere else and I ended up buying my tractor from John Deere dealer in Ukiah. The sales man was very helpful and treated me with respect, and I got a better deal.

Recently, our pto on our JD 6430 went out. We were in the middle of spraying our rice, with 120 gallons of material that would have turned to concrete if we didn’t get it sprayed out. Even though the service department was booked 3-4 days with jobs, we pleaded our case and service tech, Matt, got us up and running in hours. They went above and beyond to get us going.
