I worked there for 2 years and their system to get places scheduled is frustrating you have to remind them they were looking for shifts for you. You can ask a question and they will say they will ask so and so and maybe they will get back to you. Even if they haven’t got an answer they won’t let you know what’s going on. They stand behind their contracts more than their employees. I had a heavy work load and I refused to work it (my right as a CNA) and when the people there started talking bad about me because mentally I couldn’t preform my job in those conditions so I left and went home. I was fired and my license was threatened because I exercised my right to not accept a work load. I hadn’t accepted patients I hadn’t got report but they then said I was job abandoning because I was already in the building. There isn’t any other way to find out the work load unless I was to walk in the building unless I called before my shift to ask my work load. Sis conducted herself unprofessionally when she sent me a text msg threatening my license when I had done nothing wrong. Other than this I loved this job I liked it 90% of the time if you want to do your job and leave this is the place for you but if you want to be in a job that you feel like you are listened to when you talk about a problem don’t work here. Better off going to Star Nursing or Aya you get paid more and you can travel the whole US!

This is the best nursing registry to work for! Sis, the owner is one of the kindest people Ive ever met and loves each and every one of her staff and makes them feel valued and seen. Highly recommend for any CNA, LVN or RN who craves flexibility!
