True to their business name, they will find work for you, but my interactions with the office so far has been lukewarm at best. Most of my interactions regarding questions Ive had with them have been consistently met with awkward or stiff responses; there certainly is an air here that they couldnt care about their employees one way or another, or at least that there is a lot of confusion going on in general here. I have had better results with one other temp job agency here in Chico, but Labor Finders are certainly better than most others here with actually finding work, which is really the most important thing, they just need a step-up in the verbal interaction department.

Ive been to other temp agencys and labor finders on east ave in Chico is probably the best Ive been to. Geena and melody are so kind and helpful. Even when I didnt check in for a couple of weeks they called me with a part time job. They recently got me into a full time job that pays good and is just right for me. I also like that when you turn in your time card the money goes on your card instantly. You dont have to wait until Friday like other places. I highly recommend labor finders on east ave.
