I moved into these apartments in 2020 and the property manager Phillip has made my one year living here better than any other complex I have lived in before. Maintenance orders are handled within 24 hours, the pool is kept up well, and any paperwork or rent questions are answered thoroughly. Im sad to leave this place but im grateful for the year I have had here. I Definitively recommend this place to any one looking for their next home.

I have lived in these apartments for the past year and a half - it started out wonderfully, not one issue in the slightest, quite enjoyed living here. Recently, there has been a influx of white trash moving in..screaming and yelling, playing music loudly, banging things around at all hours, stomping around like elephants, taking up parking spaces with trashy spray painted boats. I’m quite understanding of the fact that there will be noise living in an apartment, I’m not unreasonable, walls are thin, I get it. Upon complaining to management about the noise level at all hours of the day and night - I was met with excuses as to why it was happening and the solution that something would be said to the loud tenants. Directly after informing management, the noise and loudness grew 10 fold. If you’re okay with living in a place that allows trashy tenants and you hate getting a good nights sleep - this is your place!

Very good and nice for the price and size. Management generally quick to reepond to work orders. Only complaint is that the laundry facility wasnt very clean and often had homeless people taking the screen off to use the washers and dryers. Apartment itself is very open and spatial and the area is nice. Landscaping is kept up on and the neighborhood is a good one.

Manager puts up closed sign and hides in office. Will try to refuse 30 day notice at end of lease. 20+ days to return your call.
