Before we ordered a range we were assured that we would get an installer by Sears. So we ordered one. We kept checking with them and were confident that they would find someone. Our stove is scheduled be delivered shortly. Now they inform us that they could not find one.

Timothy arrived an hour early, which was great! He asked questions about what I felt was wrong. He assessed what he needed to do and found out it was the heating coil. He was here for about 30(+ or -) minutes and the dryer was fixed. I checked it to make sure it was working properly. He billed me for what I was told by the rep at Sears including my discount.

Your technician was prompt, thorough, polite & informative. My dryer was repaired & cleaned in less than an hour. So far, my appliance is working well & Im happy to know I have 90 days for any additional repair thats necessary. Ive been doing exchanges with Sears Appliances for over 50 years & havent been disappointed yet :-)

The repairman arrived on time and quickly fixed my washer. He was polite, friendly and knowledgeable. He was sub-contracted as apparently all of Sears repair people were on other jobs, but he knew my machine and did a great job. I appreciate that Sears sub-contracts when they are busy so I dont have to wait too long before a repairman comes out.

After 4 ( four ) other techs were out and could not find the problem. This one found the problem in a mater of minutes. He repaired it just as fast. I shall be contacting Sears regarding the fees charged by the ones who could not find a problem.

Our TV was not working and technician came to our house on time.He was extremely personable and knowledgeable. Really seemed as if he liked his job! We have been loyal Sears customers for years and it is very refreshing to have a super experience with Sears in our home! We will always stick with Sears

Our technician, Sam, did a wonderful job of repairing our washing machine. He found that he need parts in addition to those ordered. Fortunately he had some on his truck so he was able to finish the repair. The machine sounds better; it still makes a squeaky sound, but it is working fine. Thanks, Sam, for your expertise and good service.

The price was right and I appreciated the trust I could put in Sears Appliance and repair...however, the very large repairman threw his back out (again) right after putting the dryer back. After recovering on the floor, and moving to our kitchen table to finish paperwork, he left before cleaning up after himself. He was very friendly and personable, but I think Sears could have done some follow up on the incident, if it was reported.

Sears is terrible. My cloths washer wasnt draining. Based on the error code and checking a few things, it was apparently a drain pump failure. I asked for a quote. They said they would need to have someone come out to diagnose it. The sent a technician out who didnt even touch the washer quote me $304 for a $24 part and 25 minute repair. That works out to $672/hour!!!I declined the service and they said that it is still a $89.99 charge to drive out to your house and tell you how much it costs, even though the technician did nothing but offer a quote. The technician even admitted that it could have been done over the phone. This a scam!I am disputing the charge on my credit card as they stupidly called what they did a diagnostic fee. Since no diagnosis was performed, they voided the service contract. I am under no obligation to pay for what amounts to a shakedown.I did the repair myself with a $24 part and a little help from YouTube. Easy fix. No wonder this company is failing! They are trying to scam customers in my opinion. A sad end to a once terrific company.

The repair man was very neat and friendly. He offered to check two of my other appliances without being asked to do so.He reminded me when my service contract was over so I could renew the contract when it was due.When I first called and told the person from Sears what we thought was wrong with the washing machine I was told they would send the part with the repair man so it would save time if that was the problem and it was.I fell we got extremely good service.

Process, service, and follow-up was exceptional! They called ahead of time to double check appointment, then called day of service to let us know when they would be there, then they showed up on time! And did a fantastic and complete service call.

Repair man out on the 2nd broke again on 3rd. Barley made a year before it started. Washer about two years old now second time they replaced the boards this time it took about six weeks before they came back first time was a month. We live thirty minutes from town so we try to purchase quality products, I think we made a mistake with this Kenmore!

Technician Alex went the extra mile and found an alternative way to repair the bad bearings on our Whirlpool Cabrio washing machine. He saved us $150 from the original quote. He was very professional and polite as well as competent. He was on time. I would recommend him and Sear Appliance Repair.

Our repairman, Sam, did a fabulous job. He diagnosed the problem, told us the best way to get the repair done quickly, and when a part didnt fit quite right he worked around it to make everything work. Great job.

The technician, Alex arrived promptly. He had to do a lot of troubleshooting in order to attach the vent hose but he preserved and was able to solve the difficulties with a successful outcome. It was obvious that four years ago the original installation in 2012 was done poorly because the vent hose was way too long and created the problem of detachment.

I already submitted a review of my experience, but will do so again:The technician who arrived to diagnose the problem with my leaking washer and order the part was professional, efficient and knowledgeable, although he arrived 2 hours past the appt time. The technician who arrived to install the part was unprofessional, very sloppy in physical appearance, and left a big mess in my home. He would not be welcomed back on future visits.Now, 2 weeks later, my washer is still leaking, and I have scheduled another appt. I hope this technician can resolve the issue.

Terrible experience! Technician gave us false information that caused us to have an electrician come out for no reason because the Sears tech was negligent. Called their customer service to reconcile the charges and got hung up one once, incorrectly transferred and had to start over twice, and completely disregarded by a supervisor. It was worse than dealing with comcast. Extremely disappointed. Will never use Sears services or shop there again. Totally unacceptable technician services and customer service for what should have been a simple fix.

The technician showed up and found that the replacement part that was shipped was broken, they talked with there supervisor and were told to take range apart to see if they could fix it. They worked on it put back together and said it was fixed, its not fixed and it worse than it was before. We are very dissatisfied.

The technician and service were excellent, I feel the cost of the service for a belt change was a bit too expensive, $198 for something that literally took 20 minutes to complete seems a bit unfair, maybe the labor charge should be actually based on time of service.
