Waited three days after requesting a quote.. called them, they said another 7 days… just to get a quote!! Forget This!!

Update: Experts in Your Home is owned and operated by the Hignell Company, and the tenant maintenance and repairs are only performed by these so called “Experts”, who do not have a clue what they are doing, and are NOT contractors!! Ask Questions, however you probably will not get a truthful response.My fiancée has lived in the Sterling Oaks Apartment Complex for several years and the damages from simple repairs by this Company are reckless.When she did ultimately report the damages, she has been harassed.The Experts plumber has vandalized her car, and continues to create problems for her.The Hignell Company who owns this Company refuses or delays major repairs and maintenance, however she fears further retaliation if she reports anything.She is unable to move due to her change health which has affected her income.I have reported them to Better Business Bureau.She does not want me to get involved out of fear. It’s been difficult on our relationship, and not being able to help her.Terrible Company, terrible people, and terrible work!I wouldn’t let these employees in my yard!!
