Employees ignored me at this kiosk. Stood there for 5 minutes looking for help while one guy worked on a watch and another even walked in and looked at me but didnt acknowledge me. This was 1:20 pm on 12/19/20. Dont waste your time like I did.

I went there to shorten the chain of my watch. First I had a couple of links removed, then had to go back again to remove one more link. The owner didnt charge me for the second time. Thank you!

Excellent service. I couldnt get the back of my watch apart to change the battery. He worked on it until he got the back off. I will definitely be back.

I love the water tower, its super busy but thats expected being downtown on the magnificent mile.

I brought my Rolex datejust here to have a couple links taken out. I usually do it myself but not my higher-end watches. The guy not only scratched my watch but LOST ONE OF THE ENDSPRINGS that connects the bracelet to the case. He replaced it with a non-OEM endspring that didn’t even fit and it eventually fell out after a week and my watch fell on the sidewalk because of it. The best part is they charged my full price. Avoid this place they are sloppy AF.

This store is actually a kiosk outside of Aeropostle. They also have other stores, located in Clarendon Hills, Orland Park, and Palatine. They have beautiful new and gently used clocks and watches. They also do repairs, although you must arrange for pick up, for large items such as grandfather clocks, from the Clarendn Hills store. When you purchase large clocks, such as grandfather clocks, t ht ey deliver and set them up for you. They do appraisals. They also replace watch batteries, and repair waches.

The Guy I worked with was very knowledgeable and courteous. Was a bit expensive, but with that kind service, it was worth it.

This place is way overpriced! Over $30 for a simple battery change? What a joke. Ended up paying $10 instead somewhere else. The worker there was rude about it as well. I dont understand why anyone would shop here!

This Hidden Gem is located in Water Tower Place on the 6th floor. Rich, (the kind gentlemen aka watch Physician that I have had the pleasure of dealing with on both occasions) has been recommended by both Macys and Nordstrom staff to me when bringing in several high end timepieces for servicing at their establishments with a turnaround time of 6-8weeks out....um No THANKS! So I heeded the advice of the sales associates of both department stores and I have never been happier!!! Rich is the go-to-guy when trusting precious jewelry to be fixed in a one stop visit. Thanks again my man and for delivering an excellent guest experience!

Dont waste your time and never ask them to adjust your watch! Needed to get my battery changed and watchband adjusted - at first they told me that it will cost me around 21$. When they finished they charged me 40$ for all! Thats a total rip off!!!

Went there yesterday. The man working seemed really agitated, looking at his watch, as I asked how much it would cost to replace 2 batteries in each of my watches he said $36 each. I will never go back there!
