Came 20 mins before closing and they wouldn’t let me in. I took an Uber in hopes they would have a quick look at my broken chain or, I buy a quick replacement (simple) but, there I was stuck outside, 20 mins before closing time, in the freezing cold and dark. Online closing time is 6p and the closing time noted on their door also says 6p. Security was rude and could careless that I commuted in the freezing cold, he wasn’t budging although I had 20 mins left to browse. I’m a young black woman, took public trans because I don’t drive, and arrived when I could. After explaining this to the security guard, I was left outside in the dark, alone, keeping in mind the countless robberies, the near negative degree weather and nightfall, it was distasteful. I felt turned away in the worst way! Bad bad service for that! I could of simply browsed around for a few mins and been on my way. Instead, they turned their noses. How can the community support a business that would so carelessly turn away customers before closing time?! POOR, POOR TASTE.

This guy was awesome! Very polite and didnt make me feel like an idiot or take advantage of me. I knew the price of 14k gold when I went in and without hesitation or haggling he tested the piece and immediately offered me a very fair wholesale price. I would definitely go back!

Excellent service and a fair price. I went in for a battery and band replacement for an old watch and in and out in less than 10 minutes. Huge selection and wide range of prices on new watches.

Do not ever ever go here. I had my jojino repaired here. I left it there to have the crystal and battery replaced. I had my wife pick up the watch because I was busy just to find out they had took all of the diamonds out of the face. I am extremely furious. unfortunately they are closed but i will be there tomorrow to reclaim my diamonds or get compensated.

This Venue is walking distance from my home .Very convienent location , I never purchased anything at this location . Im sure I will , probably after the Capital Improvements .I did go in and asked the Manager if , the Developer had made any Deals . Any guarantees that they would have a space after the Rehab .He became distant and avoided any conversation . I was concerned if they would land on their feet . His non-chalant veneer turned a little pragmatic .So , I let it go and I still pray for their success !
