General watch repair is fine. Battery change or a pin for the bracelet he can do. I would not bring a high end watch there.

What a humble Person!! Mr. Ikbal is a nice person to deal with. I visited there with my 7 year old daughter. He changed her watch battery for free. I also repaired 2 other watches with very reasonable price. I will visit him again even just for talk.

Dont hesitate to bring your high end watches and fine jewelry, sometimes they can even be fixed on the spot! Have been coming here for a couple of years and find the service to be much higher quality vs. Jewelry stores in the area. Highly recommend for Rolex repair!

Some language issues here, but hope he stays in our area. Would suggest being very clear about service costs before giving him a watch to assess.Average low-end cost to clean a mechanical watch of any type these days is $250 nationally according to several web sources.

Maria is an incredibly skilled watch repair expert. She has rescued several of my watches, both expensive and not so, from abuse, accidents, or just plain old age. She is courteous, well informed, and fair. If you have a watch that needs any kind of repair, from simple to complete overhaul, she will do it, and do it well. A true professional.

I had my wife’s new watch resized here for her birthday. The guy dented and scratched the bracelet of my wife’s $3k watch while removing 4 links with constant hammering, and he even dented and cut off 2 pins holding those link. It was too late when I noticed. I would say they are good people but they don’t know how to do this job. Paid $20 to get a $3k gift watch ruined, they don’t care about your stuff.
