We had a tight schedule for a video shoot with only two weeks of lead time to schedule it. The video segment was to be shot in the morning and ready the next morning. It included embedding PowerPoint slides at certain times according to a script. I Used E3M for a property listing video. They were fantastic! The video quality was so high that several brokers from my firm have transitioned to using E3M instead of our former preferred vender. My client was in a rush, and they provided the video 24 hours before the expected edits were due. This company went out of their way to make sure my needs were met.My videographer Guillermo was incredibly helpful, guiding me through my live segment along with my narration. He also stayed and reshot one clip because he wanted to catch children riding their bikes through the Kitchen window. WHAT A WIN, and a way to show off a family-friendly neighborhood! They do not charge by the hour for real estate videos, so this was very thoughtful and appreciated. I will be requesting him for all future videos. Bob, my editor, was easy to communicate with and was able to edit out a BIG pronunciation mistake I made. E3M did a video for my apartment community in Ann Arbor. It would have been ideal to have this done in the summer but it was not possible so Tyler and his team did a lot of top notch editing to make the shoot brighter and get rid of dying shrubs and leaves. We also have a model apartment that had a major water leak days before our shoot and they were able to video another units bathroom and fit it in their footage.
