Rented from JoAnn Jones of Temp Homes Realty back in February 2013 for our vacation in June 28-July 30,2013. A total dump compared to their ADS. Got to the unit at 3336 N.Kenmore, Chicago, 60657 on June 28,2013 and moved out the next morning June 29, 2013. Broken A/C, Dryer not working, Rat traps and droppings in the laundry room and kitchen area. Bugs crawling around. Get the picture!!! JoAnn recommended the Garden unit since we had a dog and stated it was a gated/secured backyard. Yard not gated and full of trash and junks left everywhere. Check out her ads and her BBB ratings. Beware of this shady operator. WE experienced her true operations first hand. STAY AWAY FROM THIS GREEDY COMPANY...terrible reflection of the state of Chicago and its wonderful residents. Shell keep your hefty deposit and has now claimed we damaged her dump overnight. SHAME ON YOU JOANN..have you no HONOR?

Amazing! Rented with joanne multiple times, condos are the best in the city! Nicely furnished and very well maintained, highly recommended!
