I stayed in an Airbnb in Chicago with my family recently (not under my name) and lost my wallet somewhere in the unit. I had given up on ever finding it when I received it in the mail earlier this week. Jonathan Burba with AllSet Turnover mailed my wallet to me using the address on my license. I am so impressed as a guest that I just had to share.

We used AllSet for 3 years on an income property in the Ukranian Village neighborhood in Chicago and had a wonderful experience. They were constantly monitoring the bookings, adjusting prices, and promptly responding to guests and allowed us to be almost entirely hands off (which was our goal). We had a superhost rank for the entirety of our time owning the income property thanks to the work by allset. Any issue or concern that arose was quickly discussed and adjustments made. I felt their pricing was very fair given that they were responding to guests around the clock, and again, we were entirely hands off. Couldnt recommend them enough!

Where do I begin? I cant say enough great things about AllSet Turnover. They go above and beyond the call of duty. Their staff is well trained and their customer service is fantastic. As a property owner, I truly appreciate the services they offer!

AllSet is an excellent company with a great staff and a truly professional level of service. We started with one property managed by AllSet and immediately increased our net revenue versus long-term rentals. Combining this with the full-service model that AllSet executes so well we have been able to add multiple properties all under their management. They have streamlined every aspect of the Airbnb experience and I couldn’t recommend them more for anyone looking to short-term rent their property without having to spend all their time managing it themselves.

Used them for a private house short term rental while I was out of the country. Fast and responsive - they even checked in between occupancy’s. Fee was fair as I had not used AirBnB.Super responsive.

TLDR; I have worked with a number of different property management companies to host AirBnBs. AllSet is hands down the best of the bunch.They have managed my property in such a way that I can be totally hands off, which has been tremendously useful. When we started up, I purchased a starter package for them, which has given me confidence that any of the basic items in the property will always match, be clean, and replaced if broken or damaged by a guest. Any more serious items that need to be addressed are communicated professionally and expediently. Ive had them handle most mid-level items and have handled a few more extensive fixes myself (my own choice to handle, but they managed guest communications/expectations on those items). As some other hosts mentioned, they helped me achieve Superhost in record time (a testament to their communication with guests and management of the property). I only wish they were operating in other cities as well!

I couldn’t be happier with All-Set. They provide the absolute highest levels of service and care for their clients and your shared Air BNB guest clients. They KNOW this business and their system is down to a science and they truly deliver on their promises. They are easy to communicate with, efficient and have a deep understanding of how to keep great reviews flowing in. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a hands-off and truly, care-free approach to managing an air BNB rental property. Their entire team is fully committed to your success. If I could give more than five stars, I would.

Had one of their workers be rude to me and told me a fake name. Then I hear from the company that HE was the upset one and Im not supposed to ask his name or the company hes with. Very frustrating experience
