Good people, great prices. Ive had four different machines serviced here, and they always treat them well. Mike is kind and great to talk to: very knowledgeable and willing to explain anything and everything. Arizona is also skilled and knowledgeable. The classes are taught well, and the machines available are wisely selected and too notch.

Excellent and prompt service and response to my inquiries.Took in a Singer SEQS-6700 the week before Thanksgiving, they took a bit longer than the initial 7 days for an estimate, but finished the tune up and repairs in before their estimated date when I called for an update.Expertly described repairs needed and economically charged.Well worth the 4 hour round trip drive to drop off/pickup, especially given they are the only Singer repair center in the area. I will most likely be using them for my sewing machine services in the future.

I have 2 singer machines that were tuned up a few years ago and never used after. I decided to sew and made an appointment for a class on my machine. I went in and the machine wouldn’t work. The bobbin was winding badly and when you went to sew, the lower thread was bunching up. The machine still had the note from the tech under the needle and the test stitches they did but they said it wasn’t under warranty. So I went in the next week with the second machine. The teacher was showing me how to wind a bobbin and it wouldn’t wind. That was at 1pm. I left that machine for fixing. At 4pm they called me to say that it needed a tune up. I asked about the bobbin. They said there wasn’t a problem with the bobbin. I asked how the bobbin fixed itself?So I am disappointed that they don’t stand behind their tune up- that 2 tune ups didn’t work- that they can’t give me a straight answer on why my bobbin fixed itself!The teacher- Arazona was outstanding!! I had both machines tuned up again and wasted $120, but the teacher was really great and showed me how to use the machine.

This time I had great service! I took in an old machine to get a tune up. At the same time, I brought in some attachments to ask what they did. He really knew his stuff! Knew the size and number of every bobbin. Gave me paper and suggested I take pictures of each and write down what they did. Even printed a manual!!! Unlike most places, they had plenty of people there to help customers. Arizona gave me a class last time on how to use my other machine. She was wonderful! Later, I had some problems, so I brought the machine in with the fabric and they explained the operator error and showed me more! I can’t wait for the sewing classes to start again.

I am totally satisfied with the repairs made to my machine, the expediency of the repairs and the friendly team members that helped me.

Decided to purchase a serger here because of the extended warranty, lesson with purchase, and ease of warranty repairs in the future. Paid slightly more than I would have online, but I feel better knowing that I shopped local and I have local support if there are issues. Customer service was great and there was plenty of metered street parking.

After checking around everyone near ILLINOIS + the WEB, I can honestly say Im above satisfied with the purchase of both new JUKI machines. From our first visit Nancy was super nice and informative. After deciding to purchase from them, Mike helped us schedule the DELIVERY & SETUP (which by the way noone else offered). Today, they set up the entire machine, brought the thread we needed, threaded both machines for us, basically set it up so we where ready to start working. Both gentlemen where extremely professional and Mike was nice enough to direct us to a supplier for the rest of the thread we need. Theres a reason why more than half of the other sewing machine vendors are no longer here. I would recommend to anyone that is out there thinking about purchasing any type of machine. I couldnt be happier with our purchase!

Bought a Koala sewing table several years ago, and it was delivered and set up at no additional charge, because I lived nearby.So, when it was time to have my Elna 7300 serviced, I took to them. Extremely happy with customer service calling to tell me I needed a part and providing costs for me to approve work. Machine was ready, as promised. It sews like a dream. Highly recommend this store. Referred a neighbor to them to have her Singer Featherweight serviced, and she was also very happy with theit servicr and costs.

This place is INSANE! So many machines and EVERYTHING on the floor can be tested, bring your own fabric or use theirs. The manager and all the staff is extremely knowledgeable and patient.

I purchased a couple simple sewing machines over the years from the owner of IPSC. My visits consist of buying Gutermann thread and needles of sorts. I live in down town Chicago, but the trip to the Singer store is about as pleasant as it could.get. Great people!

Im feeling very happy and lucky to have my sewing machine back and it is purring like a happy kitten!!

I only have one complaint and that is that there is no one in my area who can work on the Juki machine. I have to drive an hour and a half each way. The service is 5 star, more if there were more offered.
