I had the pleasure of working with Steve recently for the purchase of a Juki DU-1181N and he made it so easy! I was a little nervous ordering a machine online so I did actually call Steve and ordered directly from him rather than going through the website. He is truly the most patient man ever. After ensuring I kind of knew what I was doing and what I needed, Steve had my new machine shipped and received within 4 days (2 of which were a weekend). The packaging was superb - after I saw UPS rolling my box end over end I was horrified - but once opened the machine was swaddled like a baby and no harm done. We had only a single minor snaffu but Steve had me sorted out quickly and ready go . I put the machine together myself (I am a handy 60 year old woman) and the videos were a tremendous help. I would not have any hesitation in recommending any of my sewing friends consider purchasing from Sewing Gold. Steve (and his Dad) made me feel comfortable and in good hands. Super helpful! They fixed my 1924 Singer Treadle Machine in literally a few hours! They also had parts for it! The shop guys were super sweet and helped my partner and I even get the machine in our car!

Goldblatt Sewing was worth the drive. I have been looking at Industrial Machines for awhile with no dealers near me. Decided to make the trek to Chicago to visit Goldblatt and try a few machines out. Spoke with Steve on the phone and via email before I drove out there. Once I arrived Steve was extremely helpfully and gave me some simple pointers to get me moving on an industrial machine. Tried out a couple of machines, he answered all my questions, no matter how simple they were. Purchased and he helped load it up that day. Staff was all very friendly. I took 4 machines in, they were able to get 3 of them back to me in a few days one they were not able to fix so they didnt charge me anything for it, despite getting extra equipment to try to get it working.

Talk about amazing customer service! I ordered my machine on Friday. They had to ship from Chicago to San Antonio. Extreme north to extreme south. Less than a week later it arrived. The first thing that caught my attention was how well they had packed this shipment. I called and found out they pack everything themselves. Done with such great care! Very reliable

Lost one of the screws to secure my sewing machine onto my sewing desk while moving. Since the screws are hard to find for my old machine, they were nice enough to find one in their shop and give it to me for free. Definitely will be back for any repairs or purchases in the future.

Purchased a servo motor from them as the official TACSEW motor on my walking foot machine was a clutch type. Motor is fantastic and runs the machine like a beauty !! Very impressed with a time from purchase to delivery being only 2 days !
