Chicago is back open but still your arcade is closed you going to lose alot of customers if we still have to wait many other places have open back the arcade and is operating so idk whats the problem

I just called Lovers playground to inquire about there closing time and was wondering if its 24hrs again like before the pandemic also if the backroom was open and this rude male clerk on 06/14/2021 at exactly 8pm said no and screamed and its never going to open back up! Then he rudely hung up. I use to buy quite a bit of items from this store but no more....never again.

Dont shop here. I went in to grab a few things and whoever is currently working there watched me the ENTIRE time I was in there. When I looked at him hed look away. I even walked to the back corner away from where he could stare but then he moved from the register to the front corner by the door, and again every time I looked up hed look away. This happened so many times that I literally just stopped and stared at him. This didnt help at all he went right back to it seconds later... it made me so uncomfortable, I decided to just leave. No one wants to be watched in any store let alone one like this. Im so peeved I couldnt even wait to get home to write about it Im still sitting in my car. I will not be coming here again. That experience was terrible, dont go there, especially not alone.

I have a great experience everytime I go. The staff is great, they know their customers on a first name basis. They make your shopping experience easier and discreet and they have an awesome variety products from lube, to games, and toys definitely everyone that want to take a step to the wild side should check out this store. A great big KUDOS from me.

I went in yesterday to buy what people refer to as poppers. I also took a stroll around and noticed a variety of products that captured my attention. Discretion was what I looked for when purchasing a dildo. The cashier was respectful and discreet. Saw other customers getting what they came in for and leaving with little to no words being said. Its a well put store and I recommend it to anyone and everyone.

My husband and I just left! They have affordable toys, great movie selections and so much more stuff! Brian was super and very helpful! We spent over $100!! Cant wait to get home!! We will be back!!!

Friendly store with good deals. The Antique Vibrator Museum in the back is a nice touch. Its free to enter. Very small and not too much new information (for me, at least) but hey, for a free addition to an adult toy store, I think its pretty cool.

I went with some friends. Wasnt plan on buying anything but i did. The store had so much to offer.

Service was the worst I ever experience. Stood in front of the counter while 2 employees just stood there without acknowledging us there. I finally said I wanted to leave to my bf and that’s when they decided to help us. Will be taking my business elsewhere.

First time coming. My girlfriend and I love the place!

I called and needed to ask a question, so I politely said, “hey, I have a quick question”. The man responded with, “I’m not in the mood to answer questions so you either come in the store or hang up”. Shame on you guys for training your staff that way.

This place is just ok, it is messy inside, dirty, and the people are very rude. if you plan ahead you can get much better quality online and cheaper and dont have to deal with the swine that come to this store or work there.

The staff is awesome. The prices are reasonable Annd theyre 24hrs!!!:-D

The place dose not have a bathroom., there’s a sign saying employees only., and back in the boots smells like urine because people piss all over the boots....every other adult bookstores provide with a bathroom why this one dosen’t

I was told that it wasnt a hotel and hot kicked out. Dont go there. You cant do anything there if you meet someone
