While I was initially hesitant to go in after seeing two reviews mentioning rude staff, I could not be more pleased with my visit to Lovers Playground. Not only was the staff member extremely polite and friendly throughout my visit, she even cut open the box during our purchase to make sure the toy works and offered to let me view it. It didnt even occur to me that the toy might not work so Im glad they checked for me! Combine this with their wide array of toys and other fun items, its definitely worth your time to give them a visit.

Let me say how I love the customer service I received yesterday at your store! Can I say the other reviews about JENNIFER IS EXACTLY WHAT THEY SAID SHE!!!! Omg she is so funny, knowledgeable and just plain amazing😍😍. I recommend anyone who wants to buy a toy please go to this store and if you’re lucky enough Jennifer will be there lol.Thank you Miss Jennifer I appreciated everything you did.

While they didnt have the exact product I wanted, the sales clerk was very personable and helped me to pick a product that was suitable for my needs, as well as answered all my questions with ease (: she was very friendly and funny, and made me feel like a welcome and valued customer. Would definitely recommend this store 👌

Well the lady at the front was not friendly or nice too bad I’d spent a few hundred dollars 💵 for stuff oh well bad customer service

This place was great!! Although this place was a little smaller than others I have gone to they still had great selections. What made the visit more wonderous was the staff. He gave us great information on the products and made sure that everything was working and set before we left the store. He also made us laugh, it was a fun and very enjoyable visit. Wish I asked his name, but sir thank you very much.

The store is clean and well organized, how ever the customer service that I received upon Saturday night was very unprofessional. When I first entered the store I was not greetedy the cashier, inside see turned her chair around to watch me. She did not provide costumer service at all. I asked her to test an product out for speed & she instantly had an attitude. Not to mention she was on the phone with. She touched the vibrator with here bare hands, to test it when I asked here to use gloves she grabbed a paper towel instead I was so upset I didnt even grab my reciet

I would like buy some toys its open .?

I wish I could give no stars. My wife picked up a vibrator and it has four cracks in it. The sales associate opened it and checked it out first before handing it over. Before handing it over they put it back in the box and orientated it in such a way that the cracks were hidden and were not visible. Its sneaky. This company is not trustworthy. I would not recommend coming here unless you want broken toys that could harm you.

The very understanding woman working the counter was not only courteous & had the best warm, friendly smile :) I came in to Chicago for a 4 day wkend visit, as i do every winter from Florida :) So, since layering in the cold is a science & I hv not mastered it in 20 yrs of visiting. I came in sweating profusely & then it just looked & sounded like the start to a funny joke..sweaty man comes into adult store..., Lol. The lovely woman schooled me nicely the ways of layering when in & out of the elements. SO appreciative of her :-) Just came in for some small smoking accessories & Frenchys pulled thru for me, & w/in walking distance from my hotel & in a very nice location plus the selections they had in their specialty was amazing...yeah, I noticed that. Great place!
