I’m sooo late with this review! But I highly recommend this company! I had a 30th birthday on a yacht at Navy Pier Chicago. One of my balloons popped on delivery. They went back and got the #3 and had it back before the yacht sailed! I was at awe and my birthday party was a success! I have since used them! Thanks Doolins!!

Party supply store offering a wide range of products from helium balloons to raffle tickets. The staff is very friendly and helpful, and the service is always quick. Definitely recommend Doolin’s as a great alternative to chain stores like Party City.

We placed a last-minute balloons order after a disappointing order process with a Party City nearby. We ordered the balloons this morning for my nephew’s first birthday celebration this evening and we are so happy with them and so thankful they could accommodate our last-minute request. Hands down the best & quickest service we’ve had for something like this in the Chicago area and we will be using Doolins as our first choice from now on. Thank you! :)

Everyone in the Chicago St.Patrick’s Day parade, buys their beads from Doolin’s. They have pink glitter wigs for parties, full sized Bingo drums, Gold Medal nachos and popcorn, classic clown popcorn bags, equipment rentals, confetti, awards, even balloons. If you need serious supplies, go to Doolins. They also work with wholesale numbers.

Excellent customer service. We ordered balloons from Amazon for a bachelorette party. I brought them here to be filled. I honestly should have just bought them here, but I didn’t know. Some of them had holes in them. Doolin’s replaced them, filled them, and bagged them so I could easily transport them. The guy who helped me was very kind and chill! We will be back.

Great place for party supplies. Locally owned, you can feel the difference when you come here as opposed to some chain party store. What makes this place really cool is the weird stuff you can find for your party that isnt being sold elsewhere. Almost like they have a supply of knick-knacks from the 1950s.Also, just a darn cool store to walk into. Really old school Chicgao.

The best party supply store in Chicago. The staff is super helpful, especially Chris. Rental equipment is extensive and their retail selection is great. I always get fun ideas when I stop in to Doolins. Cant wait to test out my balloon drop for New Years Eve!

I really like this place but my last return experience was disappointing. I rented a table to find out an hour before my party the table was busted and the legs wouldnt lock. I had to struggle with the bent medal and finally got 3 of the four damaged legs to lock. Upon return I let the guy know the table was busted and he was not accommodating. Basically told me he wouldnt charge me for the damage to a table that they knew was already damaged instead of offering a credit or apology for the inconvenience. It took me 30 minutes to set up a table that should have taken less than 1 minute. Ill be going back, but will test all equipment before leaving.

We stopped in to pick up decorations for a 70th birthday party. They had a good selection for a range of special ages. Staff was also knowledgeable and kind. Well be returning on party day for celebration balloons. What fun!

Our Church has been renting and purchasing from Doolins for over 10 years. No better place in Chicago. Great pricing, and an unbelievable array of all things necessary to put together a great presentation!Suzy and Rich are fantastic!

Horrible experience. No reply to the online contact us that I submitted. I called and they tell me they are booked for weeks for balloons and deliveries. Apparently if I am lucky enough to give them business in person at the store I should plan to wait for hours....Terrible experience. Find someone else.

Everything is so cheap! You can walk in with $30 and walk out with matching and beautiful party supplies for 50 people. I cant believe I walked by this place for years without looking inside. Tablecloths, serving utensils, balloons, decorations, noisemakers, plastic and paper cups.... all at great prices.

This is a good place with a lot of party decorations! The staffs are very helpful and polite, you can find almost everything you want in a party here! The price is also good!

I have been a professional balloon twister for 30 years. I knew about Doolins and I was only there a few times. I always used their competition which was only a short distance away. They have a better selection of what I need and the prices were 30% cheaper so I did continue to do business with the competition. Now they have moved to An Inconvenient spot in an industrial area which is a problem to get to by public transportation. I was in a fix and really needed to get balloons for my gig on Saturday. I got there an hour before they open an early arrival open the door and let me in. I was able to get a couple bags of assorted balloons that I really needed and a price march that made me very happy... Thank you so very much. Jim the balloon guy.
