The doctor was very nice! Extremely professional and knowledgeable, as I am a scientific researcher myself. The woman at the front desk was very nice. The whole office is very organized. I felt respected and I felt comfortable. Also the public health specialist who takes your blood samples was very gentle. I barely had any bruising.I am so happy that we have services like this in our community. So happy that the practitioners are people of color. I was also very happy to see young men in the office taking care of their sexual health as well.

I’ve called several times trying to get an appointment for my son mental health & they never answer the phone during business hours. They cut the phone lines down before 3pm. I’ve been calling since 1pm, still no answer. They need to find employees who is willing to do their job

They lady sitting at the desk was very friendly and the doctor was kind. They both made me comfortable and it didn’t take too long for them to see me.

They helped me with my custody case for proof of my mental state.
