Dont recommend. Received rotten salami. Emailed them picture. Smelled horrible. They never responded back to my emails.Just an update- They responded back to the situation & refunded the money! I think they are also sending something. Also, as we like to encourage small businesses through this tough time. Just also we need to keep in mind, the pandemic & lack of labor. Thanks & Good luck!

Received my NDuja and Tatufo Salumi today. Fantastic!!!! They both went on my pizza in my wood fired oven. What a treat. Will be ordering often.

My first order was from Parma Charcuterie, whos website redirects to Salumi. The Finocchiona was superb. The second order was a box assortment with mixed results. Then I ordered the Finocchiona from Salumi, which arrived in inedible condition, very warm, slimey and soaked with liquid, apparently from the freezer packs which were few. It was pretty disgusting. Im waiting for an email response.

After peeling the salumi, it had an unpleasant, gooey texture. It did not taste pleasant either. I paid extra for expedited shipping and it still took over a week to arrive. Additionally, when I wanted to return the unopened packages, my emails have gone unanswered. The website says to initiate a return, you must email the company.I would avoid.

Slimey, gooey and not edible. Received for the holidays and had to throw all of it out. Reached out for support via their Messenger account and never heard back.

Slightly funky flavor.Wagyu Beef Braseola; paste-like: couldn’t separate slices. Taste: fair.Barolo Salami - decent flavor-soft, almost spreadable:Contained a chunk of bone the size of a tooth. Reported this to customer service 2 weeks ago. Heard nothing yet. Also, 24 hr customer service phone is NOT 24 hr.
