Trucker friendly staff. Plenty of parking, overnight as well (but you have to be here before 8pm, because the whole block is locked after 8:30 by the gate on street) i was running late from my appointment due to the loader, but they took me in. And I was out in 45 minuets after delivering full trailer. Thanks New S.B.L. 🙏🙏🙏🙏

Rate con says next day delivery got their 330am for a 6oclock appointment and was told my delivery was the following day they would try to work me in I never left there till after 11:00 a.m.

Very fast and easy check-in process. I was unloaded fairly quickly.The only negative thing I can say is that THERE ARE NO SIGNS VISIBLE FROM THE STREET TO HELP FIRST TIME VISITORS FIND THE LOCATION!Please get a sign!

Over 3 hours to unload, and I only had 12 pallets. Very slow warehouse. Cant imagine bringing whole load here

If you have a appointment at 12pm dont bother showing up,they close at 2:30 and they will make u wait till the next day to load

Place has overnight parking but you have to be in area by 8 pm since they close it and unloading is fast.. Great place to deliver with no problem..Thank you for parking🙄

New SBL are very bad business people. They have a manager in the warehouse name Apple who will not help you out and treats you bad. He thought that i did not speak Spanish and was saying a lot of stuff about me. I will probably go news media and advise them of this person and company. I will never work and will advise other people to never work with them.

Had a 05:30 appt. To be unloaded, waiting for 4 hours to get unloaded. Parking lot could be resurfaced. When you come thru the gate in the am. Doors open up around 5am check in is done on a tablet. All in all tho, its an alright place to deliver. People are friendly.

My company frequently does business with New S.B.L., Inc. and have bought several truckloads of chicken leg meat and breast from them over these past few months. Based off of what we see and what customers are saying, the product quality has consistently been great, and superior to even the regulars like Perdue, Tyson, etc. Ordering is never a problem. The prices have consistently been better than their competitors. Hope they keep up the good work.

Please check the owner respond : owner s presentation is really weak .. he knows his employees was lying ...If an employee will lying for their product or service . Then think about their management or businessOwner ...They will play customers cancelled the loads after you booked it ..This is a bad joking business.. Amber is a manager .. not she is not .but she potentially talk to me about my using my truck like a manager when I first time meet her in New SBL yard .. today I should pick up load for her and I could not do it BC she is a big liar she booked two loads (early Tuesday)with me for 1.2k (need$50 truck wash not included) each from Friday and Saturday to robards ,KY ( I did for her 2 loads ready 3 cancelled ). She set 9am pick on Friday and 1130am on Saturday . Thursday 13:40 she call me said Friday load not finished to 1400pm on friday . I tell her I can not do it BC I already have 2 loads cover by KTB to WI .I TELL HER 1400pm pick up you can find other truck to cover Friday load . I am going to find the load go to Decker ,in ( its my cover load to WI) and I have to call KTB to change my appointment time .. soon later (2mins) she called me back said the load be 9am she will paid more money for her worker over night to finished the product and she promised me I will be leaving at 11am to 12pm .. and I told her I will be there early than 9am .. today I arrived 710am NEW SBL . CHecked in 7:15 am text to her .she doesnt respond .until 11am I find her and ask her whats door for me . She did not talk to me and she let her real manage Lee talk to me about late of the load . I said do yout best load me at 1300pm .and I have other load pick. until 12pm I talk to other manager Mike 2 times 1220pm they load me 1 pallet then nobody care the load . To 1250 I tell her unload 1 pallet I need to leaving empty for my next load 240miles . I dont have time to do yours .I was on my way to decker ,IN amber called me tell me she is not give me the load on Saturday. I amOk but NEW SBL need pay $300 for layover lying pick up time and $300 for booked truck service on Saturday and canceled on Friday afternoon ( could not find the cover ) .. both their real manager text me in 4 hrs try fault me down .. I will keep post newer status of the case .. dont try NEW SBL they play customers cancelled the load all the time.

Im a buyer for one of Chicagos main food distributors, and New S.B.L., Inc. came to my attention through one of my Chinese customers who demanded their chicken over the Pilgrims Pride legmeat I had been selling to them. When I first heard the name, I wondered just whether such a funny sounding business existed. 2 weeks later, Im visiting their newly redone state-of-the-art facility, and now I buy 2 truckloads of chicken legmeat a week from them. My only gripe would be that they have weird hours, and sometimes dont return the messages I leave at the answering machine. Whats even the point? However, if youre looking for juicy legmeat that hasnt been messed with, go here. My old go-to (a certain Charles Austin company on Canal street) was pretty terrible, now that I look back in retrospect (piss poor attitude, take-it-or-leave-it customer service, and oftentimes spoiled chicken). New S.B.L. is my new go-to, and its definitely worth the few extra cents.
