Listen to all of these Carriers. They are not lying. We had a supposed (9am) delivery to which our driver arrived at 0845. Was told there was no appointment ever confirmed by Amanda and that we did not actually have an appointment. Our Driver waited for 5.5 hours and we received $45 in detention. They do not have assets of their own and completely disrespect and disregard carriers time and e-logs. They have no integrity. These are the type of brokers that need to be wiped from this industry.

Booked a load with edge from Phoenix-Fresno months ago. Load completed paperwork signed at shipper(Quaker oats) and Receiver (Pepsi). D.Figueroa assured me that all was good and that I would be paid($1100.00). Months later no pay because the paperwork work was not valid. I knew something was not right when I had problems getting loaded. I guess I have to chalk this one up to experience and avoid this “broker”. Such a disappointment.

Never ever book loads with Edge Logistics. We booked load with them and driver was sitting there for roughly 6 hours and these people kept saying he will get loaded shortly. We made atleast 25 calls in first 3 hours for not getting loaded and all they say is they have emailed the customer and waiting for response back which never came back. After 4 hours or so the shipper said the load was already picked up by someone else. Driver asked why dint they tell us before. We found out that Edge logistics found a cheaper truck even though our truck was sitting there and waiting and got him loaded. We told edge logistics that we are going to pull our driver out. They started saying if we pull out we won’t get tonu. Made us wait for another 2 hours and roughly 5-7 more phone calls were made and same reply, waiting on customers response. Plus they have a customer care somewhere in India I guess and those employees don’t do or know nothing but just emailing or mentioning that they emailed and waiting for response. Very unprofessional. I rather drive 100 miles dead head to get my driver loaded than booking with these people.

Most unprofessional company Ive ever worked with. Carriers avoid to book loads with this company because it is the worst customer service Ive seen out there. They canceled the load on me and didnt call me back to inform. I kept calling to ask for the rate confirmation and they would transfer to somebody else. After calling 7 times (nobody would answer the call when transfered) they let me know that the load was cancelled. Staff needs to be more professional

Stay away from this company, They lie and dont pay detention or TONU. If you booking loads with them, you are wasting your time. Best excuse to avoid paying up is you didnt accept macro point and wont reply to your email, When it comes down to TONU. Your better off just swallowing the expensive and moving on.

We booked a load with Nick Petruska. Our driver arrived at the shipper, waited couple of hours to find out load was canceled. We were told TONU will be paid to our driver but its been 3 weeks now and we cant reach anyone. Not sure if Nick died or not but he is not answering his phone or emails. When you call their main office line, they will place you on waiting and after 5 min or so you will get disconnected. These guys are complete joke.

AVOID them at all cost they messed up paperwork and the receiver will not confirm the load been waiting for two days with Reefer product no one has helped me they give me the run around and say I’ll get back to you (dispatchers) but never do still currently stuck with the load wasting gas and my time. Please don’t even pick up the phone to book a load even if it pays a million dollars for 1min of work they will mess it up or not answer or help you! Still waiting for help as well!!!!!! I REPEAT DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM was dealing with NICK have not heard from him since I booked the load.————(Update Nick reached out and apologized for everything that had happened I was compensated for layover pay for three days. I ended up begging the receiver to help me and they finally gave in and unloaded me after three days of waiting to unload. Still never got a new load ID or Po# for D/O from dispatchers that I was dealing with after three days. Still upset with how I was treated at the receiver just happy I was slightly compensated for my time) Had to cancel other loads to get me back home for the wknd)———

AVOID THIS BROKER AT ALL COST! Especially Emanuel, he is rude and as unprofessional as it gets! Do Not Book any freight with Emanuel unless you want to get stuck with no load and have your calls ignored. We made sure with him twice BEFORE booking the load that everything will go to plan, he assured us it would, showed up to shipper only to have him cancel the load and then ignore our phone calls!! DO NOT BOOK WITH EDGE!

This company is impossible to reach. So frustrating having an issue with a load, and not being able to get a hold of someone for help. Emailing, calling, nothing works. Phone rings for 3-5 minutes then it hangs up. Completely unreliable. Waste of time booking loads with them.

Unprofessional staff. When there is an issue, their staff will inform you that they will get it fixed within 15minutes and get back to you. But they will never. Most supervisors will give you their direct numbers however no one answers that number they give you. They kept me on a load for two days but never paid layover or detention. Stay as far away from them as possible. The staff have been trained to lie very well to trucking companies. Be aware

Was lied to twice about load. Edge said load was ready at shipper. Not true had to wait 3 hrs to get loaded. At receiver Edge said it was FCFS 0800 to 1200. Another lie receiver said I had an appointment at 1300. Got there 4 hrs early. . Will never haul another load for these jokers again. And also good luck trying to get them on the phone when you need to talk to someone...

SUPER UNPROFESSIONAL!!! Yells over the phone no communication at all with there co worker I booked a load with them and they kept calling me earlier from the time the load had to be picked up yelling why the driver is not there the pick is 1300- 1500 and the time is 12:30 don’t book a load with you will have problem for NO REASON!

We’ve been working with Luke Miller broker of Edge Log for the last 5-6 months and honestly I’ve never had a problem with him or/with a load, They have been taking care of our company since day 1. We have developed a great working relationship and even when We had to cancel loads he was there to understand and help us instead of getting mad or offended. After hours team is great too always answer phone calls and helps us with lumper fees no matter the time. All I can say is Thank you for all the loads and great service 👍🏻

Booked a load with Ryan Okasick. Brokerage and their afterhours couldnt find pickup number for over 8hr. NO TONU / NO DETENTION / NO RESPONSES ON EMAIL OR PHONE. STAY AWAY, unprofessional, cant do their job and not fulfilling their agreement.

1 star is too much. One of the worst brokers Ive ever dealt with. They are liars. They do not communicate. They will ignore your calls. WARNING!! DO NOT TRUST THEM. DO NOT BOOK LOADS WITH THEM. They will give the same loads to multiple carriers. They will not pay detention or TONU. Weve lost time, money and gained nothing but headache dealing with this broker. The only reason you should book a load with them is if you already have another load and your just booking their load to purposely not pick it up and to ignore their calls when they call you. Hopefully that would show them how it feels to be cheated on, deceived, lied to, ignored. This should be done enough times for them to lose their customers and be out of business, otherwise they will keep mistreating carriers.

I own a carrier company and this is the worse company ive ever seen or taken a load from. They try to make a bunch of excueses to not pay me and didnt pay the detention time. I have already reported them to the MC and their DOT number, I plan on also taking them to court. Before you accept a load from them think about it 100 times over.

Have booked many loads through Edge with Jared Sherman. Online portal and direct deposit pay is really nice. Everything went good, we were doing multiple loads per week, then he got greedy and wanted to pay leas then we had agreed upon with the rate confirmations. And double booked trucks, Very poor customer service once things go bad

Very bad company,I booked a load with them, did the set up, broker gave me pick up adress and driver started to drive and after that broker never send me rate confirmation, and never answered on the phone or email, he even didnt cancel a load to me, he just disappeared.This is very bad bussines, they waisted our time and we will never work with them again! Very impertinent staff with lousy second grade skills.Jared one of the brokers pushed us to be there for an appt, ended up staying there for 14 hrs. No answer to phone calls or emails.No detention . He said we can unload sooner , he lied again. Good news, there is work where to choose from. Do not run for them.

Edge Logistics was Introduced to me during a time freight was very obsolete in my area, and it has been a pleasure to work with Edge. Over a 5month period my broker Jared Sherman has proven he can help supply my small fleet with as much freight needed.While working with Edge, I have to admit some of the rules are different under the rate contract terms and they are highly affected by if a carrier uses or doesn’t use gps tracking. Although the gps tracking feature is popular by many brokerages in the industry, I’m not fond of it for many reasons. Also the tracking team notoriously calls to check on you while loading and off loading (which I feel could be drastically limited). However this doesn’t minimize the credibility Edge Logistics is a great brokerage.The service by my broker Jared has been a privilege. Knowing he has a busy work schedule and secular life outside of work like anyone else, Jared has proven to always try to help as much as he can even while away from the office to support me while I’m having issues with shippers/receivers.To add, Jared has been very dependable, a pillar staple of what Edge Logistics can provide for reliable carriers. It’s been a win-win relationship for my fleet since I started working with Jared under Edge Logistics.

Still on a load with them.First we were told the pick up is open by 4:45pm, we made it there at 4:30pm, they finished loading us at 12:30am. now we are at the receiver, we had a noon appointment for delivery, we made it there at 10am and my driver was told that we have a 5:45pm appointment for drop trailer delivery. We do not offer drop trailer services, i can not drop this trailer. I tried calling Ryan Okasick 10 times, he never picks up the phone. I called the general number, 1st time someone picked up and put me on a 10 minute hold, second time when i asked for a manager they put me on another hold of 5 minutes and the line broke, and now they dont even pick up their phone, tried countless times. Ryan responded with an email saying he spoke with the receiver and we will get empty with live unload at 5pm but the receiver is saying no one spoke with anyone from their company and the drop trailer still stands as the only option for unloading. Asked Ryan who did he spoke with so my driver can ask for that person, he never replied, is AWOL ever since. Amazing people, 0 respect for carriers.

If I could I would give this company 0 stars. They are unprofessional. Took a load with them. Driver deadheaded 70 miles and arrived @ the shipper waiting for a dock. Broker canceled load on us last minute at the end of the day when hardly any loads left. Same load popped up on board 30 minutes later and called to take it and they would not honor same price and would not give us a TONU for the previous load. They do not care about carriers and definitely do not try their best to make sure carriers are taken care of.

I booked a load with a broker named Rob. I delivered the load on time and they owed me ten hours and thirty four minutes of detention. I never got paid for the load or the detention. Everytime I called they gave me the run around or the call went straight to voicemail. I tried to ask other brokers and nobody knows what to do. I will advise anybody not to deal with this company, they are crooked people. I plan on looking to follow up with legal actions and report them to the better business bureau.

Believe me they are scam ! They dont pay for detention. There loads are not accepted at the delivery even if they make 100 appointments ! They will waste your time. All there loads are heavy & cheap. They only get the worst loads that no body wants to pick up! . They dont have any respect for drivers & Dispachers ! They will hang the phone if you call or they will never answer your call! As the owner of a small trucking company, I take the relationships I build with our broker partners very seriously. After recently booking a load with Edge Logistics, I was amazed that a company that operates in this fashion is able to continue to transact business with anyone. We booked what appeared to be a standard load going from Heinz Holland, MI to one of their warehouses in another state. Driver arrived early for pick up and was eventually assigned a dock. During this time, someone from Edge continued to call the driver to get regular updates on progress of the load. As the hours stretched by and it was clear that Edge would not help, I contacted the shipper directly and spoke with the line manager to inquire what the holdup was. He stated that the line was running slow and that he was going home to sleep and would come back to finish loading us in the morning. My driver was literally trapped in the dock and could not leave to find food or use the bathroom all night. Once the load was finally delivered, I submitted a request for detention. We were given the usual list of excuses as to why the detention request was denied. Here is the information we provided to Edge: BOL with in and out times at shipper signed by the shipper, GPS data showing our in and out times, phone records of 10+ calls between Edge and the driver during detention. Macropoint records from Edge since they were tracking the load also, and phone records of my contacting the shipper directly. Edge denied the detention claiming that we were late, that we did not have signed times, that we never reported that we were going into detention and that the shipper claims it did not know we were going into detention - all lies clearly refuted by our evidence. And remember that Edge was literally tracking the load with Macropoint for the customer.Edge has refused to return any phone calls or emails to discuss the matter. I was even given contact info for a manager at the beginning of the detention request who also has not returned emails or phone calls.We are a professional organization, and this type of business practice is unacceptable. Please reconsider if you have plans to do business with Edge Logistics.

Consignee (kroger chesterfield) refused load because it was 15 minutes late due to line of trucks circling the property. Return trip to shipper Niagara (brokered by EDGE to Stelle) WAS NOT PAID!!! Personally, it looks like Kroger had more trucks than they can handle... Wise up to these guys, DRIVERS!!!
