I have been doing many loads for them lately. Awesome communication and great loads. Sal is amazing to work with and will work with them again any day of the week.

AMX Trucking works with them all the time. Fantastic. Sal helps us and reacts on the fly to our driver hours changes on appointments and needs. They have never beat us down on rate and been fair on pricing too. Solid broker that takes care of AMX and would help you out the same!

Great people to work with. Communication is key in this industry and many brokers lack that but not Pinwheel. Appreciate the work they are providing.

We have been dealing with Sal Diaz and Pinwheel Logistics for over 2 years they have always been paid on time, offered fair rates, always fast customer turn around. I would definitely recommend working with Pinwheel if your a serious trucking company looking for good work!!!

Bad communication!!!!!!! Please keep trying to blame me with your lack of info on the rate con. Maybe put a pallet count on there. Putting 20k weight on a rate con means nothing. Your broker said up to 20k but for sure less. You knew there was 36 pallets to split between 2 trucks. Yet gave not 1 shred of info about that. When the shipper tells you 5 times after questioning them that this is it going to the customer. You take the load and go. Ive been doing this for about 10yrs and deal with loads not matching a rate con at least once a month. You did not ask to be called apon loading. You only asked for a scan of the pod. I also wouldve been ok with you excepting part of the blame along with the shipper. The shipper took all the blame once i got back. Your broker also said you would take care of me for that, because you guys take care of those that work for you. Judging by all the bad reviews i see online im gonna go with a big NO on that one. No need for the permanent no use lol. 1st time since i started in 2012 using you and that was enough.

I did a load for pinwheel logistics and they shorted me $370.00 claiming i was late i got toThe delivery time at 9:30 well with in the morningBroker was mad at me because I didnt pickup my phone well how would I if Im on top of the truck untarping this place is crooks I read they have done this to several carriers i will never pullFor them again true scumbags..

They have appropriate rates, always pay on time and are always professional. Any issues with loads are resolved IMMEDIATELY and appropriately. Mike, Anthony and Ben have always been great to work with and we will definitely continue to work closely with them. As a carrier, its not uncommon for brokers to side with the customers on issues. Pinwheel has never done that to us. They understand the carrier side and seem to be always fighting for us. We are grateful for this relationship and look forward growing our business together. Blake Koch and his team at Pinwheel are absolutely fantastic. Their rates are firm and communication is excellent. I have used their services many times for the company I am with to move freight in the midwest and all over the country and they always get it done no matter the obstacle. And we all know there are obstacles when it comes to transportation. I would highly recommend this carrier.

Do not do loads for this company they like about the rate, when it comes time to pay you the will reduce your rate by 350.00. Anthony Mirga is race and unprofessional and a liar. The will give you a load a have you sit at a company and want you to wait 6 hours before you get laid and expect you to go 1100 miles which take 15 hours and 48 minutes to get. But you have only 14 hours after the shipper finally get you load. The are races at Pinwheel and they will lie about there rates. Do not use them.
