I highly recommend hiring Chitown Limo! I hired a party bus and 2 sprinters for my wedding day and they were very professional and reliable. The party bus and the sprinters were clean and on time to pick us up to our destination. The AC worked and the bathroom was clean. Bob was great to communicate and made sure my wedding day was special.

Took about a week for someone to even answer only to be rude and disrespectful. Wanted to rent a party bus for my nieces birthday but didnt want to spend harf earned money with a company who would not answer and employ rude employees. If I could I would not leave a star at all. They dont deserve it.

This company is awful! They screwed us on our wedding day. We booked them last minute because another company cancelled, paid the entire balance and they only showed up for the trips at 1:45. We called, emailed, texted from multiple phones for the last 3 days and NOTHING. Their mailbox was full. They never showed up to pick up our 130 guests for our wedding- which was humiliating, sad and so so so so rude. We will be posting this everywhere because how can you take peoples money and just not show up? Do not hire them.

Our driver Keith was very professional, on time very helpful, respectful. Got to our destination safe and sound. Overall great experience.

First thing I saw was that the bus wasnt cleaned properly especially during a pandemic. It was not within the CDC Guidelines. I attached a picture. It is a Hawaiian Leis and no one was wearing that at my party considering it was Jersey Themed. No ice was provided or water. The bottle holders were sticky and there was half a roll of toilet paper.The driver was driving very recklessly and caused multiple of the passengers to fly around in bus and I got drinks spilled on my white shirt.Not only was the driver very rude but demanded for a tip after complaining the entire night even when asked to turn on AC. I was told the $800 included the tip and taxes.I did not recieve any call when the bus arrived. That wasted 15 minutes. The driver failed to greet himself instead he laid across the front and was on his phone.This isnt my first time on a party bus, this is by far the worst hospitality, cleanliness, and communication Ive received.

We used Chitown Limo bus for our bridal party transportation, and it was by far the most reasonably priced option during our vetting process. Our driver, Clarence, was on time, courteous, dressed to the nines, professional and a safe driver. Our party bus had a bathroom on-board which was a huge factor in our decision to book with them when thinking about driving around downtown taking pictures and not having to worry about finding a place to stop, especially during COVID. The bus was also clean, and we had no technical problems playing our music. I would recommend Chitown Limo bus for your transportation needs.

Had a reservation with them for several months. 3 DAYS BEFORE OUR RESERVATION they CANCEL ON US because they had booking issues. Poorly run business. Dont be surprised if they leave you in the dust and pick up someone else. I dont recommend anybody using this company.

ChiTown Limo was very easy to connect with to plan our special day! Very nice with quick responses. When I had to postpone my wedding due to Covid they were very kind about the whole situation. Issued a refund on my deposit when other vendors would not have given the circumstances. Will definitely use them for my next event. Everyone should consider using this company!

The bus itself was so cool! Plenty of space, great sound, clean. However, when we booked a party bus we were expecting that the driver would be knowledgeable of fun places to go in town, or any recommendations. We had Nick and he had NOTHING in mind. We even gave him the name of a place and instead of typing it into his phone for the address, he kept telling us to look it up for him.Eventually we found a bar online that looked cool and went there, so I asked the bartender of places around there. She told me the name of a popular street that has many places. I asked the driver if he could take us to the street and he said give me an address, that street is probably 6 miles long. Instead of just taking us to the street to adventure, he went outside to smoke while we tried to figure out where the hell to go. THEN we mentioned going to a strip club and he jokingly called one of the girls a bad person. Were not sure why.WE PAID A LOT OF MONEY FOR THAT BUS AND EXPECTED MUCH BETTER SERVICE. Would use the company again, but not with the driver, Nick.

Due to our wedding plan changes from COVID, we were not able to use ChiTown Limo Bus for our wedding party. I was very eager to use this service because Bob and Igor were so helpful to work with. They were able to accommodate our large party size of 36 people which many other companies could not. They were also very willing to change plans last minute when everything was uncertain with COVID in May. While we did not get the opportunity to use them, I would highly recommend them and look forward to using them in the future!

We had a GREAT experience with our 24 passenger limo bus for a 9 hour Saturday charter between Chicago and Milwaukee. We were promised a good driver, a nice bus with a bathroom/AC, on time departure/arrival, a set price paid upfront, being allowed to play our own music, and being allowed to bring our own alcohol for the trip...and they delivered on everything! It all went very smoothly and our driver Shawn was fantastic. Would definitely use them again for our bus needs.

I do not recommend this company at all. We signed a contract for the Tiffany 24 passenger limo party bus for 10/19/19. What showed up on our wedding day was a white Trolley, which is not even pictured on their website. This was just the beginning of our issue. When I got to the trolley, my husband told me that driver, Watkins, said we could not get on the bus until we had submitted final payment. According to his text messages, we had not paid our final balance of $650 and he needed to collect it in cash from us. This was incorrect because I had received an email from Bob on 10/17/19 asking to submit final payment. I replied back to him on 10/18/19 with 2 payment forms asking him to split the amount on 2 credit cards. His response was “Will do, thank you!” This was apparently not proof enough for payment. The driver continued to ignore what I was explaining and talked over me repeating “Ma’am I’m just the driver”, not listening to anything I was saying. I called Bob and both numbers I had with no answer. Watkins was able to get ahold of Bob or whomever at “dispatch” and then they spoke to my husband who told them to run the credit cards on file because we needed to leave for our reception. That apparently worked because we were then “allowed” to get on the trolley. I then received a call back from Bob and he stated they would be running the card. All in all, I didn’t get the limo I wanted and the service from the driver and Bob was horrible. I do not recommend this company. -Brittany

TRAPPED IN A HOTBOX. No A/C. No windows to open. Kids and others had heatstroke. Driver wouldnt let us off the bus!! Had to call the police. Driver got off the bus and got hostile to passengers demanding to get off. Bus was like being trapped in a hot car in the heat with the windows up and no a/c for hours. heat index was over 110 degrees so inside bus with 26 people was in the red zone. It felt like a furnace. No running water in bathroom. No way to flush toilet bc there was no water.No way to cool down. Used all ice in coolers to cool toddlers and kids down but that wasnt enough. Dangerous! Felt like we were) hostage on a Death Trap!!We told the driver of the extreme condition and he refused to do anything about it.In response to my post the owner posted lies to explain away the driver and company total disregard for human life and welfare. He even attacks me as a parent rather than apologize or show any empathy. He wasnt there. 26 passengers were.No one put hands on the driver. I have photos of him on the phone in the middle of the road- not hiding or in fear of his life as the owner claims in his response.He wasnt at cross traffic - he was on a neighborhood street.Driver fled the scene with the bus when the police arrived. Police reports and ambulance reports document it all.Charter busses commonly operate on hot climates like CA, TX, AZ, FL, NV, Mexico, Caribbean...and they can manage to provide a/c and comfortable conditions.Maybe a lawsuit and some reports to government agencies will get them to at least consider human safety. But until they do I would NEVER get on their bus!!!

Igor was amazing from the start and was very eager to help me plan my party bus (super last minute!) this is the best price and hands down the best service in Chicago. Our bus driver Jim was very friendly and even offered to mail an earring to my address after I lost it on the bus. They dealt with 30+ college kids and they were amazing.

I lost my backpack and getting it back was so easy.Jim was a huge help and his associate Igor helped out a lot. Everyone was so gracious, personable and flexible with meeting times and the limo bus was an incredible time as well. Overall great experience and would do it again definitely.

All Ive got to say is this was an AWFUL party bus experience for me and my guests. First, when the driver showed up, he demanded I pay him in cash (which was not noted prior to trip). I told him to just use the card they had on file to find out its an extra $40! The bathroom was a huge deciding factor and they ended up not even giving me a bus with a bathroom! We had the bus reserved for 3 hours but the driver didnt seem to be aware of this, since he gave me a huge attitude about driving around. Ok well I figured whatever, I just want to have a good time for my birthday, as I had this planned for a couple months now. The driver did not know how to works the lights, so we just had one set of white lights. As for the driving, the driver was breaking super hard and taking off fast, causing a lot of people to fall often and spill our drinks. At the end of the trip, the driver ended up backing into a car! It wasnt that bad but goes to show he clearly didnt know what he was doing. I just didnt feel safe. I couldnt even have a good time because the experience was just terrible. The driver just wasnt professional at all. He was very rude. Maybe if he would have had a better attitude and handled everything better, it would have made things better.

Had the best experience for my brothers wedding! Our driver was so helpful, kind and easy to work with. He offered to help at every chance he could. Thankful for great service--would recommend using and plan to use again in the future.

Booked the 15 passenger sprinter van for a bachelor party. Great experience. Our driver Bob was amazing, hooked it up with showing us some great places. Always a phone call away and would pick us up asap, even in the congested city bar scenes. Will order again!

I reserved a bus through ChiTown Limo Bus and it was a wonderful experience. They were very accommodating to some needs that I had and were very kind about it as well. We rode in a large party bus with a bathroom. Was very clean but the bathroom did smell like a bathroom (not a bad thing just could tell there was one on there). The drive, Rami, was very polite and got us to our destination quickly. Overall, a very lovely experience. Will use them again in the future.

Our driver Chris arrived early which was very thoughtful, and he was very communicative. The bus provided enough space, a good sound system, and even some waters for our party. We just had an awesome experience on our bachelorette party trip last night. We were in one of their vans for 15 people, nice and clean, speakers have awesome sound effects, and the DRIVER was absolutely AWESOME. I think his name was Bo, i hope im not wrong, but this guy was very possitive and proffesional and took care of very well. Ive called 7 different cimpanies and they gave us tge cheapest quote. The company even allowed us a 15 min extra stop on our round trip service for FREE. We will definitely return. Thank you

DO NOT USE, I would give 0 stars if I could!! Had a bus reserved for months for my bachelor party (put a deposit down and everything). Bus was suppose to show up at 5pm and did not show up at all. Had to call to find out where our bus was, was told that there was a broken window from the night before (NO NOTICE WAS PROVIDED) and told us they would call back in 5-10 min, called back 30 min later and was told the same thing and that they were testing the window. Called back another 30 min later and told us that they couldnt get it fixed and that they had no other buses! Left 30 people without a bus for the rest of the night. Only gave me the original deposit back and no other compensation for ruining a whole night. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND TO ANYONE!!!! I could only imagine if this was for someones wedding and they are left stranded on a special night. FIND A RELIABLE COMPANY - TERRIBLE!!

We just used this service for the first time to transport 38 high schoolers from a pre home coming dance dinner to the the dance. Igor, the owner, was wonderful to work with in completely putting me at ease as a parent, knowing all of the school rules, logistics and being flexible about final kid count. The party bus arrived early and absolutely what the kids were hoping for-lights ablazing with blue tooth stereo system to play desired music, very clean and the driver was very nice. Most importantly, Igor went out of his way to figure out the logistics and make the timing work-realizing how much it meant to the kids. I highly recommend them!

We used Chitown for a group of 12 heading downtown for a surprise dinner. Bob was our driver and we couldn’t have been more pleased. He was right on time for pickup and dropoff, the bus was clean and very nice, and the Bluetooth speaker system easy to operate. My wife and I recently used Chitown LimoBus for our wedding transportation for us and our wedding party as we went around the city taking pre-wedding photos at various locations in the city. The car was a very nice, clean sprinter van which was spacious for our ten person wedding party plus our two photographers. The sound system was great and seating very comfortable! Our driver was safe, courteous and on time for all of our plans. We are very happy with them and would recommend anyone use their services for wedding transportation!

Stay away from this bus company .WE got this bus for prom this weekend the bus broke twice .we did not have time to take pictures because of this incident. TO get to the hotel they offer us trolley so embarrassing .After the pro we have been waiting to pick up he is explanation heavy treaffic .Pay more but for much better bus and more professional company.The worst experience ever stay away !!!!!!.

We used ChiTown Limo Bus for our wedding this past August 2016 and we are so happy with the experience.Igor and Marija were a pleasure to work with. They were both very responsive to all questions that we had.We were very optimistic with a list of 4 wedding picture locations for a timeline of 2 hours. The driver kept an eye on the traffic and made sure to let us know how we were doing on time so that we were not late to our ceremony and our reception and we had plenty of time for amazing photoshoots.The bus was amazing, beyond what we expected. It was very specious for our large bridal party, so everyone felt very comfortable.The bus was also stocked with plenty of chilled water and champagne to keep the party going.We were able to connect our own music devices in the bus audio system, which was great and allowed us to keep the happy and party mood going the whole day.We are really happy with our experience with ChiTown Limo Bus and would recommend them to others.Thank you,Toni and Svet

Just had an awful experience with this company. We had a 7 PM appointment for them to show us the party buses. However when we called them 15 minutes before our appointment time they said that we didnt confirm our appointment. Even after my fiancé had confirmed( the only way we got the address) then they tried to blame being late because of traffic. Then they blamed it on late passengers on another job. My advice is if you are going to spend 1500 dollars on a party bus for a wedding dont pick them.
