No problems as usual. This isnt 1st tine at the laundrymat. Place is clean, quiet, water is hot if requested. Only thing, the TV was out. Missed my judge show.

This place is nasty they have roaches one of the washers didn’t work and your clothes don’t get dry like they said the manager has a very nasty attitude and very much a asswhole I don’t recommend this place

Its a clean facility with a friendly and attentive staff.

The walls need decorations, the machines were available in a timely fashion, need better seating for customers. No chips in the machines. Workers seem friendly and available. Just a local place.

Went here and was impressed. It was very clean, the machines worked; the hot water was HOT, and the cold water COLD. The dryers are in excellent shape. Large loads throughly dried in 20-25 minutes. Best laundromat Ive been in on the South side-better than many in the south suburbs, as well.

It is very clean. The laundromat was very hot and not enough carts. Overall is was a great place to wash my clothes.

Second time here. First time machine wouldnt spin my clothes and had to start all over, wasting another 24 minutes of washing time. I had to start the dryers 3 times before clothing was dry.Second time here and the soap is not dispensing into the machine. Will never return again, the attendant on duty act as if I was lying and he can clearly see no soap in the washer. This place needs some maintenance on their washers.

Attendant was helpful, wasnt too crowded.I went back the second time, the attendant was still helpful, but I had trouble with 3 machines not properly spinning my pillows dry and the attendant put 2 of the 3 in another machine to spin dry. Then the dryer didnt work on 1 load and I had to pay again without reimbursement only to have the new dryer burn and melt my $69 dog pillow.Ill have to find a better place for quality machines that dont cost me time and money.

I use to come here. So I decided to come back here today. When I got here it was clean and empty. But my problem is they went up on the machines and the dryers to. Y’all want more money for what? For dryers that don’t dry your clothes. So to dry is 0.25 for 13 minutes right. I put 4 quarters in the machine I’m trying to see how I only get 43 minutes instead of 52 minutes. I spend 20.00 to wash 2 loads of clothes how where and when should I have to spend that kind of money. I will not come here ever again.

Its clean but the machines are out dated, it doesnt have prewash, and I feel you pay too much to dry for so little time on dryer

I was there yesterday the place is always clean great customer service Greg does a awesome job the machines work just fine the water flow was good!!!!

Went here on a Thursday night at 8:50pm. The last wash is at 9pm. Greg didnt turn me away. He was nice and stated to please load up ur washers and get them started asap. We chatted and I was out of there by 10pm. He saved me as I was visiting from Arizona and my family didnt have a washer and dryer. Thanks for being so nice and helpful.

Can you say C.L.E.A.N. The family takes great care of this laundromat. Maintenance is always on-site and the prices are very affordable unlike many other south side laundromats that try to rip customers off. I was really impressed. I appreciate this laundromat and pray that they continue to get the communitys support.

I usually dont go to laundromats since I have a wash in unit but I visited this place about a week ago when my washer broke down. All I can say is that after one visit, this place really resonated with me, the prices to wash were very reasonably priced, the washers and dryers worked very well, and the customer service was top notch, Greg was very helpful. This is by far the best laundromat Ive ever been to in the city and on top of it I didnt lose or leave behind any clothes! I highly recommend this place.

If I could give zero stars I would the man that closes is extremely rude and unwelcoming. I understand you want to go home but to tell someone at 8:50 we close at 10 and Im out the door at 10 is rude and to rush someone and say you cant fold your clothes is crazy.

Clean plenty machines & plenty room

The price is right but the machines are always malfunctioning. The dryers dont get hot enoughenough causes you to put more money in it than you did last time you were here. The employee here gets an attitude when you bring the malfunctions to his attention. Why must we be treated like this in our neighborhood 😞😞😞
