Pronto staffing have been amazing to me. They prepared me extremely well and gave me every single detail about the company they assigned me in., were very patient with me & kept in constant contact. I would not recommend this agency especially if you are a woman or older adult. They are not professional especially the skinny girl with long black hair in front desk. She was very rude, ignores anyone she does not find worthy and has an attitude problem (we are not in high school anymore, grow up). She would rather talk to her coworkers than to do her job. How do you expect people to feel confident Applying at this agencys. It is clear that they have favorites, do not care for their clients and employees do not respect them.

Pronto in Spanish means fast but in this case it means efficient. I have worked for many staffing agencies but this one was the most pleasant and the best that suited me.I must say they found me a job I was passionate about and made sure that I had the pay rate amount of money that I requested The girls in the office are very knowledgeable about what they are doing I consider them friends and I trust them with my recent career movements they are the definition of awesome and community involved

Good temp agency. The ladies there are always trying their best to help you find a job. I worked with them for about 2 years and they were always available. When I couldn’t make it on time to get my check they would always wait for me even after closing time. I would definitely recommend them.

This was the worst experience ever. It was about 5 minutes to opening. There was a young lady standing outside waiting for them to open the door and then she walked in. When i made it over there the door was locked the young lady was sitting in the waiting area. I had to wait outside until the lady at the front desk decided to opened the door. I was the only black person in the office at that time, everyone else was Hispanic and getting jobs. They told me to call back first thing every morning. Each morning I called there was nothing available. Total waste of time if youre black. Honestly, I feel as if I was being discriminated against because im Black.

Its a good staffing company, Wich by the way Im waiting for a third shift... Opening hopefully soon....

You have to be friends of the ladys working there other wise you will get the jobs nobody wants only if you are lucky to get one.Worst place to work for!!

Do not go to this staffing company. They are very unprofessional....they didnt let me know I had a check until 3 months later and I couldnt cash it! I asked for a reprint and they charged me for it. Bad experience...dont go to them!

Been calling for a month now. They called me in on the first day then immediately called me back and cancelled. After that they never called me back. Just the same line Well call you if anything comes up.

The managers are terrible, they are all the same and if you are a worker and ask for sick leave or something personal they punish you for 2 or 3 days without work, the owner does not know how their staff treat those who want to apply or we are already workers they do not respect the lords as a company It is not clear that the worker has rights and benefits not only obligations and that if a @ is silent it is because he / she needs to work but they do not see that thanks to us as workers they also have a job, it is also 50/50 us they help and we help
