Worst agency experience. Ive contracted with Collabera, Kforce and Kelly and this was the worst of the three. Roy is a pushy recruiter who thinks he knows everything about recruitment (but anyone with recruitment experience can tell hes just a tool). He is not friendly nor does he understand the proper way to speak to clients or his contractors.During my time, the client i was contacting with decided to search for new recruitment options because so many people had complained about Kelly Services and Roy. Stay away if possible.

Kelly wants the contractors to submit their hours, else they will not be paid. Haha! Just want easy commissions from the lenders and employers, and dont want to do their job. I wont recommend this agency to any of my close one.

Where do I begin? So, Lizette Munoz and I had worked together for over a year where she was fully committed to finding placement at jobs that we felt would be a great fit for myself and the company. Liz was amazing my entire time working for Kelly! Her follow up was timely and she always remained honest with me on every level. My last position working for Kelly has now turned into a permanent, full time position with an amazing company in downtown Chicago, this all prior to my initial 6 week temp assignment was suppose to end. Liz called me with congratulations and support immediately! Her professionalism was appreciated but her personal nature was what Ill remember most! My resume was uploaded to Indeed and the next day, a recruiter from Kelly Services contacted me for a job position and I had an immediate job interview! Everyone is also really nice and they are always keeping up with you to make sure you’re doing okay. If you get a chance to work with Kelly Services, you’re lucky! Lizette is my recruiter and she’s really the best. She makes you feel very comfortable and she’s so friendly. Liz will really fight for you also. She got the company I work with to give me a higher pay than they originally wanted to give me, which was super cool!

So I disliked where I was at and figured whats the worst that could happen right? submitted my resume to Liz and a week later BOOM I HAD A NEW JOB! She made sure I was confident and arranged everything with the client all I had to do was the interview! She is amazing, knows what shes doing and is amazing at it. Best experience and very satisfied it fast and fun! best change Ive ever made!

I have had one of the best experience with this company. My recruiter Lizette is the best! She got me a job in just a couple of weeks. She is amazing, she checks in on me all the time. She is always willing to sit down with me and help me with anything. She helped improve my resume and sat down with me and talked about my strengths and weakness. Just an amazing person to have in your corner.

As a recent grad, Im happy to say that Kelly Services helped me find work at a time when I needed it most. Liz in particular was amazing- willing to sit down with me, talk about my strengths, improve my resume, and find me a temp-to-hire position that I am still happy with (it has been six months). When I call with questions, I hear back within a day, And someone from the office checks in periodically to make sure Im still happy with my position,. Kelly Services has been a fantastic experience!

Recriuter Liz is amazing! After submitting my info she quickly contacted me and I had a job within that same week. She is always available for any questions and is great about following up to make sure you have what you need to be successful!

They stole my check, splitted it up 3 times and underpaid me 2 different times for 1 check and Im a disabled combat vet. The recruiter did it along with payroll. They run payroll scandals on employees that are veterans. They must be punished for what they do and be held accountable. This must stop now. Pull their government contracts now.

I worked for Kally for six years before being turned over in the company I was placed at two years ago. They were awesome... If you have the skills and background you will be placed. I have had a great experience with this company and location...

I think Kelly Services is great. As a Kelly Temp I have access to Employee Perks that range from Empire carpet to hotel stay and new computers(Dell) at discounted prices. The job comes with online schooling to from Skillport which is a major online school that prepares you for the business world classes include Project Manager Six Sigma and all the certifications under CompTia A+ and Networking just to name a few. Once you apply it will not be long before they find you an assignment

This place sucks poor customer care for employees they dont care about the workers

Sub par services. one of their reps (randy) miss handled a case of mine a while back and didnt correct the situation at all before being let go. I called recently to talk to a rep just to be hung up on, as pretentious they come

I worked with this service for the first time ever in 2016 and they are absolutely the best! I am so glad they are still around.

It is too bad 0 stars is not an option. If you can, do not do work with them. I have never met a more disorganized group in my entire life.

I went to Kelly Services in Northbrook the first week of April. Met with a woman who told me that she would follow up if I sent her an email. So, two weeks past and I send an email April 15 with no response. Today is two weeks of that email and no response from the girl who represents Kelly Services. She looked like she had just started at the agency with no prior experience, because it certainly shows.
