I have worked with temp agencies before and ICI Staffing is the best! My first assignment has turned into a permanent job with a solid company with unlimited possibilities for my career. Working with the staff at ICI has been a positive experience. They are professional, thoughtful and supportive. I would rank them #1 when considering work through a temp agency! I worked with ICI over the course of about 6 months after I graduated college. I was trying to relocate to Chicago and they were very understanding about the distance and arranged a Skype interview to get me in the door. They were also very good about giving me a heads up about available temp jobs so I had plenty of time to make sure I could be in Chicago to take them.I had about 5 interviews with a few companies before I found a permanent position. There were a few that were a bit far outside my area of interest, but Brian Jones (the agent I worked with) was very good about making it clear that he knew it wasnt a perfect match but that he wanted me to be aware of any possible opportunities. ICI also gave some pretty solid advice about what to say in each interview.Eventually, I did find a permanent position with a great company. While I would definitely suggest that job seekers continue to look for jobs on their own, throwing your hat in with ICI is a pretty good bet.

Ive been temping through ICI for the past 4 months and I gotta say it is one of the best staffing agencies Ive ever encountered! The staff is friendly, welcoming, and accommodating. They always find me temporary work and it is perfect while I am in-between jobs and working towards a bachelors degree, and I get paid every week!I do not have any negative things to say about ICI since Ive had a positive experience since day one. I am so glad I sent in my resume 4 months ago, and I will hopefully work through ICI for permanent placement after I finish my degree.Thank you ICI for your tremendous work!

Submitted an application was contacted and promised a confirmation for an interview. Contacted the office before closing and was AGAIN promised an email confirmation within the next 10 minutes. 4 days later and still no confirmation email! Very unprofessional!
