I seriously toyed with writing this review because Dr Lee is hard enough to get into already and I dont want her even busier 😁 But, bar none, she is the best dentist IN THE WORLD. I have had dental issues since I was a child (weak enamel, lots of crowns and fillings- and Im only 34!) and absolutely HATED going to the dentist prior to meeting her. I had been to multiple practices across Chicago and found her in 2014 because she was close to where I was living at the time. My entire opinion of dentistry has changed. Do I like going to the dentist now? No, of course not, but to have someone THAT YOU TRUST IS WATCHING OUT FOR YOU changes the game. I put my mouth and money in her hands and have never been disappointed. She has wonderful bedside manner, is incredibly bright and talented, and does what she can to accommodate any need you may have. Her office is modern and impeccably clean, and she has the latest and greatest equipment that I havent seen elsewhere. Same day crowns?!! A dream! Thank you, thank you Dr Lee!!

I just started going to Lakeview Smiles in Logan Square/Bucktown. I had a full exam/cleaning last week and had a cavity filling replaced today. Both experiences were painless! I am impressed. Everyone I have met at this practice has been great! Very thorough, thoughtful and sweet. I am so happy I was referred here!

For years I had trouble finding a good dental and orthodontic office in Chicago. A couple of year back I started going to Lakeview Smiles and I have been incredibly satisfied with their services. My hygienist Cynthia is incredibly knowledgeable, personable, and does awesome, painless dental work. The wider Lakeview Smiles team is also very knowledgeable and have always provided me with a transparent breakout of what everything would cost upfront and worked well to help me document things for my insurance. I would highly recommend Lakeview Smiles to anyone looking for anything from basic cleaning work to more extensive orthodontic or dental work.

So far, I have had three appointments with Lakeview Smiles. Each time the staff have been warm, professional, and efficient. I am not a person who is nervous about the dentist, but I would definitely choose this place if I were because the atmosphere is very comfortable and the techs and dentist all take great care to explain exactly what they are doing and why they are doing it. I had to have fairly extensive work done since I went 7 years without dental insurance, but the procedures were quick and painless physically and financially. I’ll definitely be following up there. I’ve been seeing Dr. Rosen for about two years now and I cannot begin to thank her enough for how amazing of a dentist she is. Suzie is also exceptional at what she does and makes my procedures easy and relaxing to sit through. As someone who has had problem teeth my whole life due to genetics and other factors, the entire staff has always made my time spent at Lakeview Smiles comforting, reassuring, and worthwhile. I’m incredibly fortunate that they are cognizant of how costly these appointments are, and it’s phenomenal that they go above and beyond to work on payment plans with my insurance to get me the best deal possible. Quin is amazing. Through every step of my new patient process she was clear and transparent. I had not seen a dentist in years, was so embarrassed, and Quin made me feel completely comfortable. I recently started going to Lakeview Smiles after not being at a dentist for quite some time. I needed my wisdom teeth removed as well as a crown and some fillings. All of the staff are friendly and patient. I never felt any discomfort during any of my procedures and any soreness after was easily solved with Tylenol. If you are nervous to go to the dentist like I was, I highly recommend them. Cynthia is friendly and knowledgeable and makes her patients feel at ease. Dr Hardenbergh is fantastic and super nice. I’ve gotten several fillings from him so far and they were painless and quick.

Cynthia was awesome!!! She explained everything that she was doing and hopefully after Invisalign treatments I can start being pain-free again. I put my full faith in Dr. Lee and her whole team.

I don’t trust this place and would caution anyone before going that they could be out for your money. The front office staff were rude, no other way to explain it. The dentist told me I had a cavity. I found this surprising because I have never had a cavity in my life and did not have any pain, but ok. She told me she had to laser off part of my gum to be able to access the cavity. Me being naive about dental work at the time, I did not book a second opinion and allowed her to do this. The dentist assured me I would have minimal pain after the procedure, but I had extreme pain. I decided to seek out a periodontist instead who informed me the dentist did a botched job. In hindsight, I do not think I had a cavity, and I do not think I needed the gum procedure. I think they wanted me to PAY for a gum procedure and cavity fill.

The place is nice and Ive been going for about 5 or so years. At first I was willing to pay for all the fillings and crowns they recommended. But now it seems everytime I go in, I need to replace the fillings they did due to cavities under the filling. I take decent care of my teeth, and Ive already put thousands of out of pocket dollars into them. Im just saying, maybe consider getting a second opinion before agreeing to all the work they recommend, because Im starting to question if all their suggestions for work are always necessary.Also, Im not sure how common this is in the industry, but literally every time I go in for an appointment, theres a new dental assistant and front desk admin. And Ive been under the care of at least 3 different dentists in 5 years. Is such high turnover normal?

Dr. Hardenbergh worked on my bottom front tooth today. He replaced a filling that fell out while I was eating my lunch. He did such an excellent job that I can’t even tell there is a filling there! He also replaced the filling at no charge!

Ive been going here for several years, its clean, convenient for anyone on the northside, the staff is always friendly and Ive never had any sort of insurance issues.My previous dentist was always finding a cavity to fill or re-fill, and it was so frustrating to constantly need work done, especially when as an adult, it was the first time in my life Id been told I had dental issues, but I trusted the professional opinion of that dentist.Then after 4 years at Lakeview Smiles, Ive never had anyone on staff mention a cavity or any need for work done at all. It makes me feel like the staff is truly prioritizing my dental health, not pushing more work to be done. I feel comfortable bringing up discomfort or issues, knowing that theyll work in favor of my dental health, not just doing a procedure for their bottom line.

In July 2020, I went to Lakeview Smiles as a first time patient for a teeth cleaning that I had been avoiding for years just to find out that I had quite a lot of cavities that I needed to take care of. The doctor I had for all my visits these last 8 months was Dr. Will Hardenbergh. I am so glad that he made the whole process easy and relatively painless. I hope to keep anymore cavities at bay from here on out (I will never skip flossing ever again now) but if I do get more I will definitely be requesting Dr. Hardenbergh again! I also want to add that his assistant, Fadi, for the last two sessions was so amazing and was so great about anticipating all my needs.

Mari was amazing, she made sure I was taken care of in a timely manner and was given all additional information. To be honest I don’t like dentist too much but she made it easy to schedule and take care of all my needs. Definitely recommend for patients to schedule.

Our visit to Lakeview Smiles was the most professional dental experience my husband and I ever had. Our dental hygienist, Quinshawnta, provided us with so much detail and care. We really appreciate how informative she was throughout our entire cleaning process. Dr. Besse also provided excellent service. He was very friendly and down to earth. They both ensured our visit was smooth and efficient.

I’ve been going to Lakeview Smiles for over 10 years now. It’s always been very state of the art. Dr. Lee is an amazing dentist and she and her team clearly care about their patients. She has always personally ensured my satisfaction and if something is not comfortable has quickly rectified it. Recently I saw Cynthia who was amazingly thorough with my cleaning and check up. She was fun to talk with when I didn’t have drills and suction tubes in my mouth and could speak. Very personable and engaging. Dr. Busse (hope I spelled correctly) is also extremely nice and explains what he is doing in great detail ensuring I’m comfortable the whole time. With the masks I can’t see his smile but his eyes are great at conveying one. I also appreciate how the reception staff like Monica will contact me the day prior asking if I would prefer a different time when they have additional openings available. Everyone here is great which is why I keep going back. The customer service and overall dental services are great. Thanks!!!

Update: The location initially tried to reach out to me about my review, but went radio silent and has not responded to my e-mails.Original: The dental work was good, but Id call your insurance to make sure they cover what the office says it will. My estimate was off by hundreds of dollars that I had to pay out of pocket.

Although Dr. Lee thinks she did right by me, she in fact did not. She did not open up especially for me during Covid, she was already open. I had to wait months for her to open. When I needed to see her again, she was too busy, and had her associate wait on me. This was the first time in a year she would not wait 0n me, and then tried to charge me claiming I did damage to a tooth which I hadnt. After that time, she dismissed me as a patient because it was taking up too much of her time. She didnt want to take responsibility for the problems she created in my mouth. Since I had the work done with her, I have had 11 veneers and 1 crown pop off. She replaced 3 of them. I am currently without 8 veneers and 1 crown. Inexcusable. How is this taking care of your patients.

I went to Lakeview Smiles today for the first time for a general check-up/cleaning. I had a great experience -- they have the latest technology and took thorough precautions for Co-vid. The staff was incredibly informative and friendly (Cynthia especially took great care and was very thorough!) Would definitely recommend.

Bad practice. Dont go there. You can never talk with the Dentist regarding any problems you have, and when you go in for an appt., they make you wait for 1 - 2 hours before working on your teeth because they have at least 2 other patients they are working on besides you. Also theyre only interested in the almighty buck. Theyll tell you anything to get your business, but once they do, they dont follow through.with any of their promises. Once they have your money, youre screwed!

I always have such a great experience at Lakeview Smiles--everyone is incredibly professional, kind, and overall great at their job. Im always impressed by Dr. Lees knowledge of insurance; I have never had a surprise bill or paid more than expected. The hygienists, especially Cynthia, are so gentle. The entire team makes me feel very well cared for. I went this week and their COVID-19 precautions--face shields, temperature checks, air purifiers--all made me feel safe and confident in their care.

I had a general teeth cleaning today. As always, I had a great experience. Lakeview Smiles has the latest technology and takes great care of their customers.Before you entering the office they check your temperature at the door with hand sanitizer nearby - so no worries being exposed to COVID.Cynthia made me feel right at home and comfortable during the cleaning. She has phenomenal technical skills (didn’t feel a thing) and interpersonal skills.She was able to educate me on future services about wisdom teeth removal and Invisalign.I 100% recommend visiting Lakeview Smiles.

I had a white stain on one of my front teeth from my braces for years. Dr. Hardenbergh did an amazing job fixing this in just minimal time. My tooth now has no stain on it, and I am so, so happy with the results.

I have very sensitive teeth and gums, so I wasnt looking forward to getting several teeth drilled. In the past, I have required Novocain injections for basic cleanings! I switched providers recently and decided to change dentists too, since I live within walking distance to Lakeview Smiles. Long story short, my first experience with Lakeview Smiles was outstanding. Doctor Rosen and Suzie did a fantastic job, and the entire process of having seven cavities filled (over two days) was completely pain free. Plus, they are very nice. Im 38, and this is my first time coming home from the dentist without needing Ibuprofen. Highly recommended!

This was the best dental appointment Ive had! My dental hygienist Cynthia was very thorough, detail- oriented, and caring. She explained everything she was doing to ensure I was at ease and understood the process I walked away with a brighter smile and will be coming back soon!

This facility is really clean and the staff is super friendly. I received two crowns from Melinda Rosen and she was the absolute best (I seriously wish I could keep her). They outsource all of their more complex dentistry to an oral surgeon that comes in once a week, Alexander Katsnelson. He pulled out my wisdom teeth with no issues. The only downside to this place is the opaque pricing structure and consultation fees. Every time you step into the office for a consultation, theres a fee of $200+ (outside of your treatment plan) just to be seen. They also will not give quotes or ball-park estimations over the phone for treatment either, which I understand, but it forces you to come in and have the consultation fee added to your bill. I asked if that $400+ fee can be waived since my overall treatment plan was going to be a few grand, due at time of service, which they agreed to do. Im not sure if thats something that theyll always do and am hesitant to go back for that reason. I would caution others on that aspect as well!

Wonderful dentist! Went today for the first time and cannot recommend them enough - very friendly staff (especially Cynthia the hygienist) and extremely cleanly place (followed all COVID regulations very well). Will definitely be going back for my next check up!

I don’t think anyone enjoys going to the dentist, but Lakeview Smiles has done such a nice job of making their new office welcoming, the staff is so friendly, and Dr. Raoof is a wonderful person. I have been to a few different dentists over the past couple of years and this team is the winner.

Dr Lee and her staff are great! I have gone to both locations and have a great experience every time. Each hygienist that works on my teeth is fabulous. They are great at educating me on what’s going on and what I need to be doing each time. I’ve honestly never enjoyed going the dentist until I started going here.

Man.. after being a patient here for over 3 years, I show up for a scheduled appointment only to be told that they canceled it without letting me know. Why am I not surprised? I have had issues with this office before, most notably trying to bill me for things that have already been fully paid for by my insurance. So sneaky!! Will not be returning.

I moved to the Chicago area in early October and put off going to the dentist until March; then COVID hit. I recently rescheduled my appointment in May and was a little weary about going into the clinic; however, Lakeview Smiles had an incredibly safe and effective way to limit exposure between people. I was rather impressed. Youll walk in, and the receptionist will let you in, then you will be directed to a station to wait to see the hygienist or the dentist. Everyone is in full PPE gear. I felt super safe during the process, the staff were incredibly friendly, and the service was outstanding. I would highly recommend going to Lakeview Smiles for anyone that is looking for excellent dental care.

I love the staff everyone is so kind. Yesterday I had my 6-month cleaning and since COVID 19 I didnt know what to expect. Everything was great I wore my mask until I was seated to get my teeth cleaned. Your temperature is checked at the front door where you also have hand sanitizer. I didnt have to make any contact with anyone not in PPE gear. Cynthia is the best I have had her both times and it has been a pleasure.Great appointment yesterday!!

Lakeview Smiles has adapted well during the reopening of Chicago. I had my routine cleaning with Cynthia and she took all necessary precautions to make me feel protected from germs. She was in full PPE. I was asked to wear a mask until I was in the room. I rinsed my mouth for 1 minute with Hydrogen Peroxide / Listerine to kill germs. All instruments were cleaned and sanitized. I would recommend checking out Lakeview Smiles even during the COVID-19 environment.

Doctor Lee and her staff are amazing. They will take care of you and treat you right. You’ll leave feeling good... even if you had a filling.

I have been a patient of Dr. Lees for over two years and my teeth have benefited immensely! They offer totally comprehensive care and through them I got fitted for a dental appliance (the Moses) for sleep apnea that allows me to, for the first time in my life, get a good nights rest. Its no understatement that I was panicking when I needed to get my Moses repaired at the start of this COVID pandemic--thanks to Dr. Lee and Josie working with the company, I was able to have the device repaired and shipped to me. I am so grateful for their help, especially during these trying times!!

Everyone is always so pleasant, its easy to make an appointment, they always try to accommodate my ridiculous schedule, and worked out a plan for treatment and payment that I could manage. First off let me say what a beautiful office! I went in for a interview and was wowed by the appearance and the staff! Everyone was very friendly including Dr. Lee. I would definitely recommend this office for treatment and a great place to work!

I was referred to this office by a coworker of mine who had great things to say as they are in network with our company. With my hesitation and bad experiences with dental offices and scams, I took her recommendation and followed through. The first appointment and hygienist were great and it seemed as though the receptionist and dentist were trying to work with me to maximize my insurance benefits since we were nearing the end of the year. My second appointment occurred and they had to refer me to a specialist for a root canal, failing to inform me of a $300 consultation. My recent appointment I was given a root canal by a specialist that they hire out, yet they failed to inform me on the itemized breakdown that the specialist is not in network with my insurance. Meanwhile, this is a procedure that my insurance covers at 100%. When I asked the receptionist about this and brought it to her attention she expressed that she apologized for failing to inform me of the information and that Dr. Lee tried to keep everything with my dental work all in their office, when THAT SHOULD HAVE BEEN MY DECISION. If I would have chosen to have this procedure at another office that has someone who is in network with my insurance, I would have stayed at this office to continue with my cleanings and other work. This is archaic to me that this was information that was “left out by accident” when you people deal with insurance on a daily basis. After scrolling through reviews sounds like this is something that this office has been found guilty of in the past. Shame on you guys, when people put their trust in you please follow through. I am so disappointed by this. I would not refer anyone else here, please get it together.

UPDATE - within a day of posting this review, Dr Lee, the practice owner reached out to me to apologize for my experience and to do what she could to make things right. First, she refunded both consult fees. Then she offered a sizable discount on the implant I needed. Thus far, my experience has been much, much better.I guess a more appropriate review at this point would be to say that if you feel that your care plan is excessively expensive, as I did, that you should first request to speak to Dr. Lee. I realize this is a business, and that medical professionals should be compensated for their expertise. However, I don’t think that fair compensation for the dentist needs to come at the expense of unfair and inflated pricing for the patient. I’ve been pleased since Dr. Lee became involved and would recommend the practice, without question, for routine dental care.ORIGINAL REVIEWI would highly advise any potential patients to seriously reconsider choosing this dental practice. I had previously gone to the same dentist for 15 years, and he was able to take care of all of my dental needs. Here, I needed to see a general dentist, an endodontist AND a periodontist before they could make the determination that I needed to have a tooth pulled. Each specialist cost $85 each. All total, I’m out close to $300 out of pocket for a total of about five collective minutes with a clinician. I have serious reservations about a general dentist that cannot make the determination on his own that a tooth needs to be pulled. The office seems very sales oriented. Everything is an up charge and apparently everything requires multiple consultations. Please, save yourself frustration and money and go anywhere else!

I find the person(s) who are your first line of contact with a business are critical when deciding whether to ‘hire’ them or go elsewhere. Monica is the most professional, helpful, caring, all-around lovely person I’ve ever encountered in that role. I contacted numerous dental offices before deciding on Lakeview Smiles. Monica’s continuously exceeded my expectations, making my life easier and less stressful. If not for her, I would be at a different practice.

Ive been going to Lakeview Smiles for at least 5 years now. I really like the new office space; clean, modern, hip. Very friendly and efficient staff. I was able to walk right in, update my insurance info and get started on my check-up in about 5 minutes. Dr. Lee is very actively involved. Samantha did my cleaning and she is a great hygienist; nice, pleasant, talkative (but not too much!), gentle and efficient.I would highly recommend!

High-tech dentist office. One of the things I look for in dentists is a love for technology. This office has great technology and theyre very knowledgeable. Im a curious person and my hygienist was happy to explain everything she was doing. Everyone at the office was extremely friendly and this will absolutely become my dentist office for as long as I live in Chicago.

Dr. Lee and her staff are always ready to do their best, friendly and on top of things. Great use of new technology and the office is beautifully done. Only steps from the Belmont Red line station, the office is very well located & easy to reach. Additionally, they work well with insurance agencies so theres minimal out of pocket for clients.

All the staff are very knowledgeable, professional, and super sweet. I felt very comfortable and right at home on my very first visit. Everything was explained to me and easy to understand, all of my questions were answered and I left feeling good knowing I had a great experience. Definitely recommend.

The staff was extremely friendly and professional. They made me feel taken care of and comfortable and explained every step of the process. The atmosphere was really positive, even when I myself wasnt feeling that great about my teeth. The wait time was not long, and with all of the magazines and free snacks/tea/water available, the waiting room felt more like a spa than a dental office. Plus, I love that their vision is to instill confidence in peoples smiles. It feels like everything they do, from how they interact with you to their actual dental services, serves the purpose of realizing that vision.

She even emailed me on a Sunday to help fine the best time. I always feel very comfortable in her office, which is not always easy in a dentist office! Havent been here in years. Theyve relocated and the office looks great!Dr. Lee is still holding it down. The staff shes assembled is great! Rheanna, the new hygienist is awesome! Shes super gentle and was incredibly informative with regards to how I could keep up my oral health.Its right off the Red Line on Clark & Belmont. If you live in Lakeview, look no further for a dentist!

I highly recommend this practice to anyone looking for a dentist in the Lakeview area.-Nice facilities and amenities.-Extremely tentative, friendly, professional and conscientious staff.-Assistant was very polite and professional.-Hygienist was gave through explanations and did a super job with the cleaning.-Dr. Lee is very personable and I felt very comfortable trusting her assessments and work.-Facilities have up-to-date technology for dentistry work.

Overall, I had a positive experience at Lakeview Smiles. The staff were friendly and attentive and the office was very clean and professional with top of the line equipment. I also thought it was a nice touch that they provided water and snacks in the waiting room.When I first called to make an appointment, there was no availability until a month and a half later. When I mentioned Id like an earlier appointment if one opened up they were very accommodating and called me regularly when something opened up to see if I was interested in a new time slot.My only concern was that I was told on my first visit that I needed to get 4 fillings - 2 new ones and 2 replacements for the silver ones I had previously. I was surprised to hear that since I brush regularly, go to the dentist twice a year, and my previous dentist never mentioned any problems. I also thought it might not be necessary to replace the fillings I already had, as they are only about 10 years old. It almost made me feel like I was being taken advantage of to pay for all of these fillings that seemed to come out of nowhere. That said, the dentist was able to do all four of them within the same appointment and in a reasonable period of time so if I really did need them, it was handled well.All in all, I would definitely recommend this place. I will be going back in 6 months, but Ill be weary if something else suddenly appears to be wrong!

I’ve been going to Lakeview Smiles for a while now and I love it! The staff is super friendly and helpful, I’ve never had to wait too long for an appointment, and my cleanings have been really fast and painless. I had a terrible experience at a different dentist office in Chicago, and the first time I went to Lakeview Smiles they cleaned up the shoddy work at no charge and had multiple recommendations for ways to permanently fix the issue. I can’t recommend this office enough!

Came here to see Dr. Lee. She and her hygienist did a great job explaining not only what they were doing, buy why. Its a lot easier to deal with the slight pain that accompanies any dental appointment for me ( I have really sensitive gums ) when I know why its happening. All the other staff present were also quite friendly, and there was a rather nice, relaxing vibe going around. All in all a great experience!

It was my first time being there, and they had suggested additional tests that i thought were not so necessary as no other dentist told me 6 months prior. I asked them questions about cost and specifically told me it would be x amount so i agreed. After my visit i got a bill in the mail with 3 times the amount!! They had said oh it was an estimate and they make you sign these paper copies so quickly that you miss the fine print !! In addition the wait times were significant and finally the Doctor came in and i asked one quick question and Dr. Lee left to see another patient instead of starting my filling while the front desk find out more info! I was late to my second appointment!! Extremely unprofessional, unnecessary tests with hidden costs to make money!! My first and last visit!!I HAVE UPDATED MY REVIEW!Dr. Lee was kind enough to resolve everything and offer above and beyond to retain me as a patient! Now that is quality care and shows that they care enough to make things right! Thank you once again

I have been a customer at this office for a few years now and I cannot say enough how professional and courteous this staff is. Im sure if you had any issues they would resolve it quickly and to your satisfaction. However, I have not had that come up in my time as their customer. Ive recommended co-workers and family to visit this location when they are in town and have emergencies- and they are also very satisfied with the fact that they could get in here and get exactly what they need.Im completely satisfied with my experience with Dr. Lee and her staff.

Ive lived in Chicago for about six years, and recently decided that I need to try a new dentist. I found Lakeview Smiles on the web, and decided to give it a shot.I had such a great experience. The receptionist, x-ray technician, dental hygienist and doctor were all thorough, professional, and friendly. I was seen right away, and after that, the whole process from cleaning through exam was seamless.Everyone took time to answer my questions and make sure that I understood what they were doing. At my last dentist, I felt like I was at a used car dealership, constantly being prodded to try odd procedures for additional costs, and none of it ever seemed necessary or worthwhile. Here, everything was straight forward, easy to understand, and I felt completely at ease with everything that was done and all of the doctors recommendations/things to watch for the future.In addition, the offices are brand new, clean, modern, and seem to have all the latest technology.Im so glad to be calling this my dentist now.

Remarkably friendly and helpful staff as well as a very nice office. Staff was also very knowledgeable and fully explained the equipment used, procedures covered and any other questions I had. As a new patient to Lakeview Smiles, I was surprised by how well I was treated as if I was already an established patient. Scheduling an appointment was easy and you receive emailed confirmation of your appointment as well as text message reminders. After some very bad experiences with dentists here in Chicago in the past, it looks like I finally found a great place to return to on a regular schedule.Update: Had my follow up appointment yesterday and, again, was very impressed with the efficiency and quality of the care I received. Undoubtedly the best experience with a dentists office I have had in Chicago.

Overall the best experience at a dentist office in my 40+ years going to the dentist. Dr Lee is extremely professional, knowledgeable, and extremely helpful with the immediate pain I was dealing with. Their office is clean, comfortable and full of high tech equipment. I went in with 2 painful teeth and came out with 2 brand new caps and no pain on the same day! Wonderful experience! They are the best!

I just started going to Lakeview Smiles and I must say I could not have felt more welcomed by the staff. I did not have to wait once I came in and I appreciated the fact that they offer all paperwork online in order to fill it out prior to arriving. Dr. Lee was very kind, considerate and professional. I couldnt have been more impressed with my experience and I am thrilled to go back to the dentist because of the excellent staff and service that they provide! There is no question, if you are looking for a dentist, Lakeview Smiles is the place to go!

I havent had dental insurance until just recently. I have had reoccurring problems with my wisdom teeth. I knew I had cavities before I had even come in (even though it hadnt been causing me pain, they were pretty obviously visible and caused by the gum flaps from my wisdom teeth). Dr. Lee made a filling plan and fit me in within a week which I appreciated, especially with my tight schedule with school and work. It was pretty expensive, even with insurance but I learned it was because Lakeview Smiles is technically out of network even though I was originally told they were in network by my insurance company which wasnt their fault. When it came to the fillings, one was larger than expected which I had been warned was a possibility. The bill would have been $1000 versus $500. I couldnt afford this as a student, however, Dr. Lee split the bill in half. Ive never had a dentist or doctor go above or beyond like that. The front desk person hugged me as I cried too. My teeth are on the way to finally getting fixed. I just wish I could afford to get my wisdom teeth out with them! Coming back for my 6 months cleaning

As always, the Lakeview staff is fast, professional, and friendly. Doctor Lee is the best! My wife and I are happy to make the drive from the South side to visit Lakeview Smiles. We wouldnt go anywhere else.

I had my first dental appointment here in years. My last dental experience back in Houston was terrible. Not the case at Lakeview Smiles. The facilities are very nice. The staff was very friendly and professional. Going to the dentist is not one of my favorite activities, hence my absence in going for years. I really liked that they gave me a professional cleaning and made suggestions on how to improve my dental health without being judgmental or condescending. They made me feel very comfortable. I plan on going back here regularly now. I also inquired about teeth whitening services and rates seemed very competitive with methods you search for online, $149 for custom molds and a whitening product that I am sure will work better than the gimmicks you find online.

Dr. Teahen was my dentist while he was at Lakeview Smiles... I was so sad when he left, but Dr. Lee and the rest of her team are amazing! I have continued to have dental work done (including bite guards, splints, root canals and crowns) at Lakeview Smiles because of how meticulous and KIND they are. Highly recommended!

The techs were great, the cleanings were good, the scheduling was easy... but the dentist tried to convince me multiple times that I needed my wisdom teeth out despite having no pain. The appointment with the ortho was like $200 to see the one in house, so I was hesitant but after she mentioned it the third cleaning in a row, I was convinced I should check it out. At the appointment, the ortho didnt see a need. He said that dentists will often push if the teeth make cleanings harder... I wasted $200 on the appointment and then found a new dentist office.
