This is as bad as it gets. Got my phone repaired and battery replaced. Phone started shaking and battery stopped charging with in 2 weeks. I tried to reach out to him for a few days, didnt hear anything. No response, no room to leave voice mail. Took the phone in to the shop finally and he said its another issue. At this point i wanted me phone back but he said no. He told me to call 911 and sign a paper and would not return my phone. Police came up and had to have him basically give me my phone back. This is by far the WORST EXPERIENCE i have ever had so please consider before going in to shop. The Guy disappeared after fixing the phone and had to deal with calling the cops. He also said he will get lawyers if i leave a bad review after all of this....

I am not a reviewer normally but New Era, (Juan) far exceeded my expectations with replacing my broken screen. He said done in 10 minutes and it was! Price was very fair and he even went out of his way to change the color of the screen next day when I asked for a white screen instead of the black one he had in stock. Poor service. Planned to meet Saturday, 9am for laptop repair at his shop. Never showed up nor gave me a courtesy call that he couldnt make it. I called him 3x in two hours. Still hasnt returned my calls. Took my business elsewhere to a more responsive repair shop.

My son busted his iphone screen & camera lens on his iphone XR. Took it in here, Juan took great care to fix both & phones like new. Super friendly, affordable, responsive & we were in & out in less than 30 minutes. Highly recommended.

This store/staff is new, and this is a perfect example of how to open a new business. I called in advance and asked about replacing an iPhone X screen and the gentleman I spoke with was knowledgeable, kind and even drove to their warehouse JUST to pick up what I needed (which was out of stock.) THAT is called customer service. Wow.He handled my iPhone X screen replacement in about 15 min, and even gave me a complimentary SIM card pin tool. These guys are great. Definitely recommend.

They fixed the screen on my brand new iPad 7 for a lot less than I expected to pay. After a dumb accident on my part, my screen was smashed so bad I couldnt even touch it because tiny pieces of the screen would stick to my finger. Its basically like brand new again. Inexpensive, quick, and high quality repair. Ask for Juan, hell take good care of you.
