Fast unloading, but gate on side of the street and no one worker dodnt help!!!

Very fast unloading and easy to find.

Very good place to del for a DC they were polite professional.And I was in and out in less than two hours.Very happy would be happy to go back again.

They are pathetic specially the lady name Petra she is too rude and she doesn’t know how to speak with others I was wondering you people think that we are taking all free from you and that’s not true anyways so misbehaving staff like a barbarians.

If you have a cold storage load going here try to get there as early as possible. You must back into a small garage off a very busy downtown Chicago street. If you do go during traffic just start backing into the garage and hope the cars stop.

Have to back in from the street kind of a pain to do but no other problems

I delivered few times at the south facility (across the street). Yes it is hard to back in, especially when all employees are there and the lot is full of cars but receiving staff is great and theyll get you early if they can.

Nice people after 5 hours I got backed in only took 20 minutes to unload.Id give it 4 stars but the wait time wasnt much fun.

Not bad unloading time, got a outside dock not bad getting into, employees where really nice, no complaints from here, been driving 26yrs also

They asked me to leave before i was done securing my load in a very rude way they told me if i have to do anything i have to take it somewhere else because there is other drivers waiting, And backing up in there with a sleeper and a 53feet trailer is hard and dangerous i was lucky another driver stopped the traffic to help me out cause they won’t do it.

They should take down that black gate make it easier for 53ft plus sleeper truck to back in. Come off the i55 down to Ashland and back on the left not blind spot. Remember you have the bigger vehicle.

Very impolite business. Receptionist has poor phone skills, ill unhappy dock personnel. Waited on hold so long. I am still typing. Got transferred and then went to VM. Ridiculous, dont order from them.

To die for Italian sausage and Italian beef. Lots of great products here!

My company sent me here a few times. One of the worst places I’ve ever had to deliver to. Have to park in the middle of the street until it’s your turn. The cars speed up and down this road while you are trying to open trailer doors, cross the road to the guard shack, and the try backing in. Dangerous place and very busy. Luckily I no longer deliver here!

I wouldnt say I love the place, I like it because its in the city, and it takes less than a hour to get here.

A challenge to back an 18 wheeler from the street that blocks traffic.

This truck almost just took out 3 cars during school pick up swerving around them and when I called to report it I was brushed off and then sent to a voicemail. 9/4 at 3pm

For 53ft trucker this place is tight,blind side turn into the dock employees car park in front .their is no sign for shipping and receiving office (its along dock 1 not the door).

Has an infestation of bugs that well attach themselves to your clothes and body and make a nest in your hair i dont recommend anyone work here just for that alone

If you are making a delivery especially in a 53ft trailer you will have to blind side because a lot of trucks are around

Making a delivery requires coming in from the south across the bridge. Park in the right lane just before the guard shack and check in. The guard will stop traffic and you make a hard left cutting off all 4 lanes so you dont have to back in blind side. Pretty bad place to back in because its right off the bridge and this street is very busy. Just creep along slow and the typical Chicago drivers will either just barely get around you or theyll stop for you even though theyll honk and flip you off

If you have a load here just skip it !!!

Called in for some product but the receptionist was super rude and has no phone etiquette .
