Loved working with Alex. He was persistent in following up with me after inquiring some numbers when a hard drive stopped working on me. Im glad he was persistent, otherwise, I would have never called back and finally follow through. It was smooth; he kept me updated in the process and retrieved all of my files back! Not to mention, they were the only one who actively responded to calls and emails when I was looking for quotes. It was a little pricier, but I think I got a steal for their service.

I was starting to panic on a Saturday afternoon. I called File Savers and a human being answered the phone. Brent. Totally pro. Gets the picture in no time and TOOK the time to explain options and possible next steps. While I was thinking about it on Sunday, Brent sent me a text with a billion great ideas and basically solved my problem with nothing but time and good will! I lost everything on a drive. I am a photographer/ videographer and File Savers was able to recover EVERYTHING. John was super responsive and kept me in the loop as everything was going on. It is pricey but worth every penny. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for data recovery.
