Horrible customer service! The worst experience I had for a simple photo copy of my ID that I needed for passports. The you lady in front did not understand that if the birth certificates shields are not shown properly after being photo copied the documents will not be accepted. MIND YOU I HAD TO PAY A EXTRA $3 for using my DEBIT CARD! Absurd! Not only did she give me attitude and refused to redo the copy the attitude and stench at the location is absurd. Don’t ever go into that location.

I received money from my country and I used money gram for that. I always use money gram to receive money over $1000. Today, I had to receive $1000 from my country, I called to Irving Cicero current exchange and woman said that they will give me $1000, that she has this amount. Unfortunately, when I came and requested money, that woman said that she will charge me for that money. I said, for 6 years I am receiving money from my country and it is first time, when current exchange charge me. She said, if I want to get my transaction, I need to pay her %1. I asked, how much from $1000, it is going to be, she said $7. This money for my school payment. I am a student, and I came to this place with my daughter. My daughter is three years old. I said, to woman, why she did not tell me on the phone, that she will charge, I have never heard about it. I took my money which was short to $7. For someone it is not big deal, but for me, who even wash clothes by hand to save some money from laundry and feed my daughter, it is big amount. I am very disappointed with this place. Also, she was so weird. Do you know, guys, what she did, to get from me that $7. She made check out of that money gram and gave me two checks, one for $1000 from money gram, and another for $993 like check. I will never come back to this place again, they are cheater. I hope they will close soon. You guys work very dirty way. I will try to contact with money gram and report too there about your way to steal peaple money.

I purchased a plate sticker from this facility which I always do on April 15th. My sticker was good until the 31st.In the meantime my transmission went out on my car & i purchased a new car.i never used the new sticker & i still need to buy a window sticker so i asked if they could transfer the plate sticker for a window sticker so that Im not out $163.00. They said they are 3rd party & i have to take this up with the city. Im not rich where i can just keep buying stickers.this was something unforeseen

The young ladies here were extremely helpful and kind. They made things very easy and helped me every step of the way. I highly recommend anyone to come to this location!

Im not giving this business a bad rating but I am giving the so called manager a bad review. The older lady on the left window from the entrance on Irving Park is very rude and disrespectful. She’s always sending customers to the next cashier since she’s always on her phone on her so called job calls. This is not the first time this happens wether the line is long or short. And then she continues to argue because she says she’s doing work when it’s obvious she is not. I always come here to buy money orders or pay a bill at times and this issue I seen more then once .

Hello today I was there doing an errand when the employee was helping someone out when her personal cell phone was ringing she picked up the phone and started video chatting with one of her family members I found that so rude and unprofessional. She could of waited until her lunch break to make that phone . She was working at the time I’llSee if it was a n emergency but it wasn’t .. i would like an answer from her boss because you don’t do that it was the lady in the first window

Came in with a $250 check my sons earned by doing a survey and the white lady with her wanna be dolly parton hair do and chrome nails refused me said they dont do checks there. Smh dirty ghetto place ill take my check to diversey and Laramie one they are great!!!

Tried to charge $500 to register a vehicle - which is a ~$200 SOS process Get real, the DMV isnt THAT bad. This place is for suckers looking to get ripped off.

Went to get a title transfer done and NOBODY there knew how to do one. So nobody knew how to do their jobs. And they wouldnt call someone in or refer us to a place that could do it. Title transfers is on a sign on the window advertising their services.

Its ok. You eventually get what you need. It can be slow sometimes, but the customers are at partial fault for that as well.

Dont care for them contacting the owner over policies dont care for this location
