Had an emergency pick-up today and availability was great along with the service over the phone with Carl and the office. Everything was timely, I received immediate updates, will definitely call again when I need something.

Delightful, professional team of messengers. Their pick up and delivery are always efficient and uncomplicated. Weve requested odd packages such as floral delivery or restaurant/cuisine and it always arrives in perfect condition.

I just recently worked with Carl and his delivery team of service for 2 years. Every delivery request was never late and 96% of his calls you give him the details of delivery and thats it! This also includes any special instructions. Commonly who or where to deliver with confirmations.

I have never dealt with a company so rude and unprofessional. Called them last week to do a round trip to a consulate for me. Quotes me a price. I told Carl Im sending the documents that day. They were supposed to arrive last Saturday. Well USPS didnt make it there until Tuesday of this week. Owner was pissed and giving me attitude because the document didnt arrive on time like it was my fault. Didnt get to take his trip because he was waiting for my documents. Told him he could have told me to wait or not taken the job if he had a trip planned! Now, refuse to do the job. Absolutely appalled this place calls itself a business!

Absolutely the worst customer service! I went on the website (minimal at best), which prompts you to call for a quote. This is where things took the turn! Gentleman answered the phone and immediately had an attitude that I would ever inquire about the cost of their services and abruptly stated, “I’m putting you on hold!” 🤔
