I should have read the reviews!!!!!!! This man STOLE MY SCHOOL LAPTOP I had been in contact with him for months regarding him sending me a link for a charging port and I kept getting the run around. I then contacted him via phone call months later after me waiting on the link and he tells me my laptop screen was out. I don’t know if he sold my laptop pieces or what. And that he would send the link AGAIN. Today I still never receive a link and he still has my possessions. Now I cannot get a text message back or any explanation of confiscation. I will be going about this legally because I need my stuff back or some type of confiscation. I paid for the repair , the wrong computer piece AND the laptop.

PLEASE DO NOT GET ANYTHING SERVICED BY THIS GUY!!! Very unprofessional, lacks knowledge of current technology, uses; old and used parts, incorrectly programs software, very OVERPRICED, works out of his home, does not have a website, poor communicate. PLEASE GO TO A PROFESSIONAL SHOP!!! This guy is the back yard mechanic in tech, your devices are Jaguars....take them to a dealership. ( read the OWNERS reply people, is this someone you want to do bussiness with? Someone who cant spell and make Insults, because the customer is telling the truth, DO NOT GO TO THIS GUY!! HIS HOUSE IS DIRTY AS WELL!!!!

Terrell was absolutely amazing. He immediately addressed the issue on the computer and was in constant contact with me regarding what was going on. My computer ended up needing parts and Terrell located the parts and made sure that they were installed quickly and efficiently. I could not have asked for better service and I would highly recommend Terrell to anyone needing any computer services in the future.

Owner gave effort to resolve my issue, but in the end left me with other problems on my computer. The owner was also extremely unresponsive. I consistently had to reach out to him for updates beyond the times that he promised for completion, and eventually had to travel to him in order to basically corner him and get my device back. During efforts to complete the work the owner also forgot what the issue was with my computer at least twice (indicating that he had not even recorded or kept track of what my issue was when I brought it in). These issues seem like those of the sort that a small business that has just opened would have or one that is under staffed (and thats being generous). Terrell doesnt have systems in place to track service appropriately or tend to customer service in an effective way. I unfortunately would not recommend service here.

Horrible service. Would not recommend at all. Absolutely unprofessional. Horrible communication. Literally had to threaten him to get my device back after over 2 weeks of me calling for it and him lying consistently. My computer is still completely unusable and is in even worse condition and he still was paid. A complete let down and waste of time. My computer was also extremely dirty when I got it back and it was given to him clean. Again would not recommend at all. The whole situation seemed like a scam.

Mr. Terrell responded in a timely manner and was able re-image my system while I waited. I was very impressed with his hardware, operating system and software knowledge. I highly recommend his services!

I send a quote for the gentlemens service at 3:30a.m.!!!The gentleman immediately text me back and per his permission, I called and received a short telephone consultation regarding my device.The gentleman was upfront and honest with pricing, what would be covered what wouldnt be covered and asked me a general and in-depth questions about the device in question. He also gave general advice regarding the device that I could possibly troubleshoot before attempting to fear the worst for my device. I thought that was very kind.He also had a very pleasant and professional way about his self considering the time of day the conversation took place. I thought it showed a lot of class. 😁

This guy is very unprofessional and has the worst communications skills. I went to get my laptop cleaned a simple clean which he promised a same day turn around. So i have been trying to contact him and get my laptop back which is important to my work. Its now going on two days and he is not answering my calls. At this point im fed up.

Stole the RAM from my computer and replaced it with a faulty one!!I went to get my wifi driver fixed after reading the reviews but turned out to be opposite, he is completely unprofessional and a pure fraud!!! Didnt fix anything but screwed my computer and robbed me of money plus my RAM.FRAUDULENT ALERT!!!!!

My phone completely stopped working (iPhone7plus) this young man walked up and heard me talking about my phone going out went and got his tools asked me can he see my phone I took a chance and gave it to him. I would to say that initially I did like Terrell and his prices were low compared to other places I went to go previously. But I am so upset and confused as to why he is not answering my phone calls or texts anymore. I already paid to get my laptop fixed. And know he is not answering me. I am upset because I already paid for the part and all he has to do is give me his location and I’ll drive there to get it fixed. He has not replied to me in days and I’m am getting frustrated. I won’t be in the city for a while and having my computer fixed is crucial. I don’t know what’s going on if he just took my money and won’t fix it. Or if he is not doing well.. I don’t know at this point because he hasn’t answered. Also, he works at different locations so not having a set location is frustrating as well. I am not pleased and I am desperate to get my computer fixed or just give me money back. Time is of the essence. This is ridiculous.
